SET DX_CONFIG_BULLET 100
SET DX_CONFIG_CONTROL_STYLE 0
SET DX_CONFIG_VIBRATION 3
SET DX_CONFIG_SUBTITLES 1
SET DX_CONFIG_BGM_VOLUME 15
SET DX_CONFIG_SE_VOLUME 15

Just change the 0 after bullet as seen above to 100 and you will get 999 bullets with every cartridge, Don't forget to save document.
