Drain Half of Quick Man's Energy

You need the Time Stopper with full power for this tip. When facing Quick Man, just engage the Time Stopper and it will automatically drain half of Quick Man's energy while the Stopper is in effect! This works in both Quick Man's stage and the Dr. Wily stage. If the Time Stopper has less than full energy, it will still drain energy from Quick Man equal to half the available energy for the Time Stopper.

Kill Metal Man Easily

This tip applies to the battle with Metal Man in Dr. Wily's lair 5th Stage. Just use the Metal Blade against Metal Man-one or two good hits should take him out!

Lots of Little Birdies

After selecting one of the eight bosses to fight from the stage select screen, immediately press A (Jump) before the screen fades out. When it fades back, there will be lots of little birds in the background in place of the stars. A pointless trick, but fun none-the-less!
