To obtain the secret characters just beat any of the following courses and getting 100 points: Downtown, Candyland, The Deep, Soft Sun Bay, Funktown, Tetricity, Soft Sun Canyon, and Patch Work. Each time you beat a course you will get a secret character (selected at random).
Funktown - Place first in every race on Downtown, Candyland, The Deep, and Soft Sun Bay to get the secret level, "Funktown".
Tetricity - Win first place on every race in Funktown to get "Tetricity".
Sun Soft Canyon - Win first place on every race in Tetricity to get "Soft Sun Canyon".
Patchwork - Win first place on every race in Soft Sun Canyon to get "Patchwork".
Kiki Woods - Win first place on every race in Patchwork to get "Kiki Woods".
Put in two codes - THEUNIVERSE, for all the levels, and JUMPAROUND, for level select. Then, select the level "Iggy's Challenge". If you play this level normally, you will have to play Track 10 from each of the other levels. But as soon as you get to the first level, pause the game and highlight the option that says GOTO 09. Move the control stick left, so that the number goes down, until it says GOTO 00. Now press A. You will warp to the first level from Easy Street, called Grapple Up, which is really easy to win. Once you win it, it will take you to the second level from Iggy's Challenge, but all you have to do is do the level select trick again, and Grapple Up will be the track you race on. Keep doing this, so the entire Iggy's Challenge will be 10 races on Grapple Up, and if you win every one, you get the top secret character, Lizzy.
