If you beat the game 100% once with any character but a created skater, then you receive a message saying the Cheat Menu is open. When you do this again with another Skater that is not a Created Skater, you should receive a message saying new cheats are available.

To get the secret area in the school,you have to grind the rail that is closest to the secret tape. When you start off you take a right, right after the little kicker. Go down the corridor and take a left. Go straight and stay as far left as possible.(The crazy cart-guy will run you over if you don't and mess up your chances.)Next grind on the rail in front of you just as the second bell is ringing. If you do it right then you should go straight between the 2 buildings and in to the gym. The double doors will be open if you did it correctly.
