Kill the Cheerleaders
At the halftime show when the cheerleaders are on the field, press A to bring up a targeting icon. Pressing A again will fire explosive footballs at the cheerleaders.

Kill the referee
Press A when lining up and then press C twice. Sit back and watch the team tear into the referee, very enjoyable if you've had a bad decision.
