X-Men Legends Cheats & Tips

i've found that the best way to level up for the final battle, is to get the challenge - legends danger room disk. only don't destroy the three generators in the area where you load into. instead, move into the rest of the area and kick the guys around until time runs out. you'll fail the course, that is a good thing because you'llkeep the expierence and items, and you can keep doing and you won't have to wory about dying because you'll kep getting items. i also like to sell my energy and health potions for extra cash and it'll allow you to pick up more stuff. see, if there are too many items around, the guys will stop droping them.

It's no surprise that the designers of this game were heavily influenced by the X-Men movies and comics, but it takes a real comic geek (and I mean that with the utmost flattery) to notice the significance of the following tip.

I have discovered in playing Legends that, when assembling your "away team," pairing off characters of the opposite sex renders the AI attacks more efficient. This is especially true if you pair up male-female "couples" that X-Men fans know. Here's what I mean:

WOLVERINE & JUBILEE

I know it's not a complete list, but there are characters not present in the game! Just wait for the sequel. These pairings make leveling up in Danger Room scenarios quicker, for the attack/support abilities of the above characters complement each other.

Here's a great way to increase your characters' experience levels rapidly:

First you'll need to unlock the Senior class Danger Room scenarios; next you'll need to obtain the Danger Room discs that unlock Assault 501 and 502. These tests take place on the Astral Plane, and besting the Shadow King's minions offer up 11,000 to 15,000 experience points a pop!

Once you have passed this exam, simply repeat the scenarios over and over again (depending on your current experience level) and watch your team's levels roll over at least once per turn. This is especially useful towards the end of the game, where regular enemies to battle are few and far between, and boss battles get ever more grueling.

In the level "Bio Labs Holding" there is a room which has a door that won't open and walls that won't break. You enter the level, go into the room with the extraction point, and it's in the far, upper left corner of this room. Use Noghtcrawler to teleport into the room , stand on the two giant metal tanks, and teleport towards the back of the room. Nightcrawler will go past the wall and be almost at the very end of the level.
