Finding cheat menu
If you can't find the cheat menu, heres what you do. You go to the options menu. Then select " cheats" and voilla, you're there.

Unlock Racing Levels, Tracks
At the name player screen, enter these codes for their effect. You will hear a sound if entered correctly:
FREEPLAY-All Racing Levels
WIBBLE-All Tracks
UCANDO-O2 Liveried
