Go to Quick Race ant select the one where you slde your car for SP (can't remember name). Finish 1 and then another and another etc. until you unlock a bunch of stuff.
Play Underground mode until you get the skyline. Make sure you have enough money to change to a VW Golf. Buy a VW golf then put all your Performance parts on it. Once you have done that, trade it to an S2000 and take all the parts off it. Once you have done that trade to a skyline (it will cost 3000)then trade back to a VW golf for a gain of about $11000 (not bad huh?), you can continue to do this for as long as you like.
Unlock All Circuit Tracks -On the main menu screen, press: DOWN, R, R, R, X, X, X, Z.Unlock All Sprint Tracks -On the main menu, press: Up, X, X, X, R, DOWN, DOWN, DOWN
To unlock all Drag tracks, enter the following button sequence at the Main Menu: Right, Z, Left, R, Z, L, Y, X.

in underground mode the best car to choose is always the civic. in drag races (the first ones) dont take the car to 'ovr rev' try getting it to the green bulb thats RPM 6 and u will score amazing style points.
the best car that can give highest points in drift races (quick races) is the eclipse. put the stability on and play and u will be surprised. the most difficult car to control but gives alot of points is the RX7
When in a drifting race try to slide right next to the edges because if you haven't noticed, your score will go orange when near an edge thus making your score go higher. Make sure you go close but at a good distance at the same time so you can easily get into another drift and not crash. Just remember to try your best to keep to the edges and link your tricks. Points will be easy to get then.
Go to the drift track and get the best car you have (5 gold stars is good like the Vortex car, even better the Mystikal car) then set the laps to 10. Try and get as many style points as you can. 20K points is good because it will multiply to 100,000 points and your meter will fill 3-4 times.
the fastest car in NFS underground is the nissan skyline. you need to complete 80% to unlock it. so when ever you unlock it just get it quick,fix it up and start beating every racer in the streets.
IN THE MENU FOR VINALS, IF YOU PLACE A VINAL ON YOUR CAR BUT YOU WANT TO MOVE IT GO TO THE SCREEN WHERE YOU CAN CHANGE THE COLOR AND PRESS L FOR LEFT OR R FOR RIGHT THE ORDER OF THE VINALS WILL CHANGE.
