In this game (as all MegaMan GB games) the action tends to slow down causing MegaMan's jump to move along with it, causing him to some times fall into a pit when you really timed the jump right, wait until this glitch stops to jump

To get the first Turbo Accelerator, lose all your lives and press B to continue four times.

To get a second Turbo Accelerator, lose all of your lives and continue three times.
