Random Glitch
When you choose random in single mode and you play, at the time you lose you will see that little box when you are choosing you will see that it's gonna be in the box of the character "EAGLE".

Get Akuma
Go on to survival mode and set a new score for break the car, exit survival mode and go on any mode you want and Akuma should be to the left of Ryu.
Get All Fighters
Go to the title screen and press Left, Right, Down, Right, L, L, A, L, L, B, R, A, Up
Get all ISM's & Modes
Go to the title screen and press A, Up, A, L, R, Right, L, Right, A, Down, Right
Get All Modes & Handicaps
Go to the title screen and press L, Right, A, R, Up, L, Right, B, A, Up, Right, Down, Right
play as Shin Akuma and Super Bison
To play as either of these, go to story, VS or pracitse mode and highlight one of them and hold start while pressing any button
