First at the chase of Gaara(the mad man)let Sasuke and Sakura,DIE,during the chase!(doesn't matter in which zone)play naruto the rest of the game.When you fight Gaara defeat him in hi shell!(but don't waste your chacra on summoning him)
The mini-game will start for you.Press A as fast as you can to beat the heck out of Gaara's demon!

To have Sasuke with Sharingan use down down up b.

To achieve the 3rd Hokage Scroll, beat the game twice with all A's.

To get Rock Lee complete the game and he will appear.
