To restore Megaman's BeastOut counter quickly, go into an area with viruses you can run from without any trouble. Get in a battle, and run away. This tip is quite useful if you run out of money....If you want to get a lot of mystery data, go to Green Town's Judgetree and jack in. After you jack in, explore jdgtreecomp1 , 2 and 3 and you will find some chips, zennys and maybe some bugfrags(of course, as mystery data).Repeat the process and new mystery data will spawn.Repeat the process again until you had enough.psst....I got 15 000 zennys,4 airhockeys and 5 gundelsols by doing this.
