Walk into the Inn and Ann will come out from the kitchen. When she visits the Inn she can't help but try and lend a hand since it's natural to her. Ruby will then come out from the kitchen and ask Ann what she is doing. Ann has volunteered to help, even though Ruby wants her to just relax and be a guest. Ruby isn't sure that she needs the help, so tell her that Ann should help if she wants to. Ann also tries to convince her by telling her how she wants to study more about running and Inn. Ruby finally breaks down and allows Ann to help with her Inn as well.

Ann asks for a favor. She's suppose to go shopping for veggies but it's dark outside now. Ann asks if you will go with her. Tell her "of course" and the two of you will head out to do some shopping.

You end up at Vesta's shop to buy vegetables. Vesta is glad that you came along with her, especially since such a cute girl had asked you and it's scarey outside!

Back at the Inn, Ann is impressed that you can walk down such dark streets without any fear. She thanks you for accompanying her on her errand.

As you leave your farmhouse Ann will be waiting outside. She says Kassey and Patrick have invited her over and she thought you might to come too. Tell her "I'll go with you" and the two of you head out.

At the firework shop Kassey nags Ann for bringing another person with her. Patrick tells her it was just a joke, but the other brother begins to argue. They start bickering back and forth as to who is the better fireworks maker. Ann tells them to stop but neither one of them listen. She figures the two of you should leave.

Back at your house, Ann apologizes for Kassey and Patrick's behavior. She didn't know the visit was going to turn out the way it did with the two brothers. If she hears about anything else she'll invite you again, and then she cheerfully takes her leave.

You'll be greeted by Griffin and Muffy. Muffy teases you and asks if you came to see her, then has Griffin make you up a drink. Ann will then walk in to make a delivery. Griffin had ordered some food from Ruby and she's there to drop it off. Griffin heads to the back to eat his meal and leaves the store to Muffy, but not without a warning to not treat you to too many free drinks.

Ann's interest is perked and she demands to know what you're doing here if you're not working. Muffy tries to back you up, but Ann begins to yell at her that your a busy guy. Muffy snipes back and asks why Ann is talking like she's your wife? Ann blushes a bit. It doesn't matter though because you're still busy, and she's taking you back with her! Muffy insists that you are staying there to relax with her. Tell the both of them that you will indeed "Leave", with Ann in tow.

Back at your farm Ann apologizes for the fight with Muffy. She's glad that you decided to go back to your house with her. Ann wishes you well with your work and takes her leave.

Elli

Elli arrives on Wednesday with her friend Doctor. They are both studying medicine at Badog's clinic. When they are not training you can find them around the Goddess Pond, usually in the afternoons. Elli is trying hard to be a good nurse so she can find a cure for her ailing grandmother's legs.

Walk towards Romana's mansion and you'll find a distressed Elli on the pathway. When she left the mansion she ended up falling down the path steps, and now she's forgotten something back at the house! Volunteer to take her to the Clinic even though she wants to go back for her item.

At the Clinic, Hardy says she didn't need to come here for her injury. Since she is a nurse she should have known the extent of the damage. Elli admits that she panics when she is injured. Hardy lightens up a bit and tells her it wouldn't be any good if she paniced with a patient! Elli thanks you and decides to head back to the mansion.

Walk into the house and you'll find Elli and Romana in the bedroom. Romana explains her legs feel bad lately so Elli comes to give her a massage. Your praise cause her to blush and she thanks both of you.

You can see Karen most of the time when you call the General Store from the phone inside your house. On Tuesdays she will make an appearance in town to spend time with Celia. At night she likes to go drinking at the Bar.

Walk into the farm shop and you'll notice that Celia isn't inside. Vesta explains that she isn't feeling very well. She thinks it might make her feel better if you go visit with her.

Upstairs in the farm house you'll find Karen and Celia together. Tell them you're here for a visit. Celia sighs as she mentions how Karen came to visit and now Vesta has sent you up to check on her. She was only feeling ill for a brief moment! Celia thanks you for worrying about her but she's fine now. Karen even feels that it was kind of you to come to visit. Celia begins coughing, so she isn't as well as she wants you to believe! Karen tells you to go outside since Celia needs to rest.

Back outside, Karen thanks you for coming to visit. She smiles and tells you she has to go back to Celia.

In the bar you'll find Karen and Griffin. Karen blushes because you've arrived. Griffin invites you up to the bar to treat you to a drink and Karen encourages you. Take her offer for a drink.

... and you keep going until you pass out. When you come to, Griffin asks if you're all right. Karen feels bad for making you drink so much and she truly apologizes. You tell her it's fine so she feels better.

Go up the stairs at the Inn and walk into the hall where the rooms for the Mineral Town visitors stay. Karen will be outside the girls' room and asks if you would like to go with her for an innocent walk. Tell her "Well, let's go" and the two of you will walk over to check out the windmills by the valley entrance. Karen likes how there are different things in the valley compared to what exists in Mineral Town, but there are things that are the same too. Karen then walks you back to your own farm.

Upon entering the bar, Karen invites you over. Remembering what happened the last time you decline her request. She tells you she won't be drinking today, and even asks Griffin to confirm she won't be drinking. Well, she's not drinking yet anyway. You walk up to the counter but still keep your distance from her. Griffin thinks he understands how you feel, but Karen tells him to go away.

Now that Griffin is out of the way Karen walks closer to you. It turns out she only wanted to ask you a question. Karen is looking for someone to give her advice on what her future should be. Since the two of you are friends she wants to know if you would talk to her about this.

Karen explains that her dad runs the supermarket but his health is declining. She isn't sure if she should take over the business or not. Tell her she should "get life experience" and she thinks your right. She isn't ready to take over the store. Karen will take your advice into consideration.

Keria

This mysterious princess lives at the 255th floor of the 3rd Mine. You will need to unlock the earlier mines before you can even talk to her. She will quietly sleep in her bed and await the gifts you can give her. Next to her bed is a sign that will give you special instructions during her Heart Events.

Discover the princess sleeping on the 255th floor. The sign next to her bed is requesting you to bring her a curry dish. Leave and bring back the dish listed on her sign (Ultimate Curry or Finest Curry) and you will finish the event.

Since you can only give 1 gift a day that affects her Love Point value, you will have to take the time to drop down to floor 255 each time you give a present. Luckily you can pick up a seasonal sun on your way down, which is worth 500 LP when you give it to her.

When you enter Lumina's bedroom, she introduces you to her best friend Mary, who is writing a novel. Lumina tells Mary that you run a farm, just like the person where Mary lives. Mary says the farm is so popular that it's used generation to generation and sells high quality produce. Mary asks what do you mainly produce on your farm. You can tell her that you produce crops or animals, but don't tell her you don't do anything! What ever you decide on, she will be happy and say she might come over to take a look.

Walk into your mushroom house and Mary will catch up to you. There isn't anything like this in Mineral Town and she asks if it would by alright if she looked around. Tell her "sure" and Mary will begin to check things out. She's glad you let her look around and wants to ask Gotz if he'll build something like it at her place.

Blue Heart
» Grow a giant crop (1 in 255 chance)
» Harvest crop on a Monday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm

Go to harvest your extra large crop and instead of Thomas and his Legendary Sprite team appearing Mary will show up instead. She asks if she can help pick it for you. Mary takes several attempts but she is finally able to harvest the crop. She asks if you would allow her to keep this crop so she can study it. If you can grow large crops then it might help countries that have food shortages. Tell her "Sure" and the two of you will carry it back to Romana's mansion.

Your giant crop will remain in the field after Mary's heart event, so you can still earn a profit for it from Thomas and his sprite team.

Yellow Heart
» Excavation site
» 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday

Visit the excavation site and Mary will come in after you. She is writing a novel and is thinking about making the setting a ruins excavation. She wants to know if it's okey to do some research about dig sites, so tell her "Of course yes!".

Show her how to dig up things at the site. You even find a Silver Coin in the ground and give it to Mary. She'll take good care of it and now she has the data she needs for her book.

If you are dating Flora and you have seen her black and purple heart events get ready for the blue one. On her blue event both you and her will find a hot spring and she will have Gotz make you one from it out of the earth.

This is the 1st hot springs and it is right beside the circus grounds. Go there whenever you would like to reduce your fatigue to even maybe nothing.

1.Save at each new level. 2.Smash rocks until you find the hole. 3. Remember where it is and shut off your game. 4. Find the hole again without using as much stamina. 5.Save again. 6. Go down the hole. When you are satisfied with the number of levels you have dropped (the most you can drop at a time is 100) save on the new level. 7.Repeat until you get to the bottom of the mine (The third mine has 999 levels). I suggest you bring 50 to 75 Bodigizer XLs and 25 to 50 Turbo jolt XLs with you. Good luck!

After you get the first three mines, you have a chance at getting a fourth. All you have to do is get to the bottom of the third mine and have seen the princess on level 255 of the third mine. Then you go into the dig site after 8:30 pm and a scene with the Professor with start like how the first three were.

I recommend buying an action replay to be able to go far into any of the mines without needing grasses or anything like that. They're at wal-mart, target, best buy, and circuit city. Probably at more stores than that but I'm positive that an action replay is at one of these.

keep milking nothing inside (it may go down slow but once you get there you will get lots a milk)
but wait once you get to level one keep on doing it to level 99 Then every time you milk you will get 99 milk each time...

First if u hae crops or animals ted to them first, thn pick up all the weeds, sticks amd stones, or chop/hit them, whichever you prefer. Then pick up alot of weeds and store them in your rucksack and if u need another one then you can but them from the supermarket. Then you can go about what you want to do. Then before 4:30pm ship all you items in the shipping box and carry on what u want to do or go to bed aand when you awake you should have a tonn of money, depending on how much weeds you ship, becuase if i only go to that whole peice of land around Galen's house and pick up all the weeds and i get tonns of money after the mayor has claimed them all X) So i hoped this helped and Add to this if you want, im not that good as a cheat person. But hey! I've been using this n it works easy!

toss the pile of eggs in.
you will get spa-boiled eggs.
toss it in again.
you will get boiled eggs.

DONT TOSS THEM IN AGAIN BECAUSE THEN IT BECOMES BURNED FOOD.

GET A BASEMENT!!!!! Actually, get 3. You can grow alot more crops and trees. Get 3 because then you will have the 3 seasons you can grow stuff in. Grow trees and crops because it will get you alot of money and food.

once u r married, give harvest godess gift everyday until she say about a mini games like the cards if you get two or more right she give you stuff and also save before you play and sometime you lose you still can play again

For this u must have,basement,lvl 3 mine, money and silo.To do this,first get alot of money with these ways.1 get medals from casino and get red capes, these I find are useless, but go to Van and sell them. The 1st 1 will sell about 1/2 a mil and the more you sell less money for them.2 billon glitch listed somewhere else.3crops. Now with ur new found riches 1mil buy a basement i think you have to upgrade house after you buy pond. Now after a few days u will have a basement where you can plant crops gotz will give you 1 sun. For those who have lvl 3 mine good for you,those who dont this is how.1st get mine lvl 1 by going to dig site at 8:30PM till 11:00PM . Have ur hammer and have it equipted, then go in.It should set off an event.Now u'll have lvl 1 mine. To get lvl 2, go down to the last floor (10)and then leave. Then next day go again at 8:30 till 11:00 PM. Another event and volia u have lvl 2 mine. To get lvl 3 go to floor 255 in 2nd mine,kill all the monsters and it'll break and u'll get a sword . Come out and sleep. Do ur choars then go to the event time and u'll have lvl 3 mine. lvl 3 mine is for suns.Wait till summer, get the summer sun from then mine then plant corn in the basement not alot, u can put a tree or something.Then with the silo, put corn in and instant birdfeed.

first get the cursed kappa hat.then get it de-cursed.if you wear the blessed hat and then jump into a hole in the mine,then you will only gain a little fatigue.also if you wear the hat and get hit by an evil monster you wont gain any fatigue.and if you jump into a hole with the hat on and no stamina left the you wont gain as much fatigue when you reach another floor.

(im not really sure if it also works with the goddest hat and stamina.)

Okay here it is. It isn't really helpful of anything, but you could have a lot of mermaids in the beging screen. When you turn on the game, keep tapping the right upper corner of the bottom screen. With that you have a glich on a lot of mermaids on the screen.

One of those impaitent people and want to make that mad scientist your friend asap? Well you know you have to get to at least 100fp to get to the mermaid(if you want to befriend or marry)So what i did was got my dog and just showed daryl him he'll say "hmmm... what an interesting animal" and his friendship points will go up 1 each time! It only took me five minutes to get to that cute little mermaid in his basement. Remember Daryl leaves his house for outside at 8 am so get to his house quickly in the morn.

Ok this cheat is A BIT WIERD but go to you dogs house at EXACTLY, EXACTLY 4:40 in the morning (yes its useful for something) wait till 4:40am (you want to be early or you might miss it) then press a over and over. The same message will pop up until exactly 4:44AM that is when the fun begins!!! You have been invited to a " secret fighting club" and they've been waiting for you! Some of you future wife possibilities (including some that you can only marry if you insert the fomt or mfomt game) are waiting to fight you using their bfs as protection. You will end up fighting until you win, lose, or run for it. You have to keep charging up to use your special abilities. So once you get to the last level and beat the Witch princess (who is also the hostess of this random event) you may just get a wonderful surprise (I don't know if you do because that was the last level i got to!) thanks for reading

A way to get a lot of money is that to do the following:
1. Go to the 2nd mine and get as many jewels(especially diamonds and pink diamonds) get as many as possible.
2. Go to vans shop and sell all the jewels you got(don't ship it) and you'll get so much more money from that than from just shipping it.
3. Van gives you(if you have a lot of diamonds for example,) about over 10,000 each for every diamond you have and about 5,000 for every other jewel you have, but this is only if you have a lot of jewels. This will also work with your crops you grow.

Flora works at the dig site with carter. She's not a great cook but appreciates a good home cooked meal, especially if you prepared it for her. Flora likes Rainbow Curry the most and absolutely hates red grass.

Heart Events:

Black - Visit the dig site between 10 p.m. and midnight to view this event. Flora thinks you are a suspicious person for visiting so late.

Purple - Go to the Inn on any other Tuesday between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Flora thinks the Inn sells her favourite drink, but it does not.

Blue - Walk into the dig site area between 9:00 a.m. on any day except Monday. Flora has discovered the hot springs and wants to share them with you.

Yellow- Go to the dig site any day but Tuesday. Flora will share her deep thoughts.

Two cheats.

1. If there is a storm coming move your chickens/ducks into the horse shed and if your cow/sheep will not go in just leave them outside BUT trap them with lumber or wild dogs will kill 'em. This will stop them dying but might destroy the building. Chickens/ducks/cows/sheep do find food outside but make sure you make a pen for them or wild dogs will get them.

2. Weeds are worth something. They are worth 1G! Collect weeds, rocks, flowers, random things and sell them and you'll be rich. Not a millionaire but rich.

Instead of using your dog to up his hp one at a time, i have another way that worked for me. i Just gave him about 33 colored grasses one at a time and it went alot faster than showing my dog to him 100 times. Once his fp is 100 or higher you have unlocked his basement. This means that you can now go and talk to Leia who is down there.

Once you are married if you stay at a red heart or 60,000 LP and above, your wife will become pregnant after waiting 30 days.

This game allows you to grow crops year round if you order a Basement from
Gotz. You can have three Basements and provided you place the appropriate Sun
in each, can grow seasonal crops indoors. Finally, the Four Suns have a real
purpose! They now can be used to fuel crop growth. There is a Sun for each
season. In this game, the Suns are found on specific floors of the third Mine
by using your Hammer. Gotz will give you a Sun when he announces that your
first Basement is completed. The Sun that he gives you is random.

Tip: If you do not have access to the Third Mine when you build your first
basement, you may wish to save your game before you exit your house on the day
that your basement is completed. If there is one crop in particular that you
wish to grow, you can reload your game if Gotz does not give you the Sun you
need for that crop.

Suns appear to last forever as the game does not distinguish between a \'new\'
Sun and a \'used\' Sun. Both can be stored in the same slot.

ITS EASY!
in winter hire the fishing team but to do it you need 5 at the least and then sleep the next day look at your number of cash and it should be something like 999,999,999 if not sleep again if not again do the same until you get it but if it go's into spring then either turn your ds off or wait or sleep to next winter!!! thats how you get loads of cash!(you can only do it ONCE a year)

Due to more glitches with the locialization codingof this game only 10% of everyone's game will allow them to marry the Harvest Goddess.

The other 90% are without luck and are going to miss out on this lovely spouse. The glitch pretty much does this;

On the new year's festival where Thomas is making buckwheat noodles and you remove a tool from your red slot so that you can get the buckwheat flour the glitched games only get the buckwheat noodles while the non-glitched games get the flour. The flour is needed in order to make certian recipes and other things in to marrying the Harvest Goddess.

Due to a glitch in the Harvest Moon DS game none of the current United States games can marry the Witch Princess. A glitch from the locialization coding disallowes you to marry her and activate her purple heart event which is one of the requirements of marriage. The glitch pretty much just doesn't allow the Witch Princess to recognize that you have killed off 50 of your animals a requirement to activate her purple heart event. And without seeing this event you can not get married since it's a requirement to see all of the chosen spouses heart events to get married.

even if you cant marry the Harvest Goddess, it's still a good thing to befriend her.give her strawberries evryday to have her LP and FP go up, then once you get her heart to turn blue, she'll ask you if you like anybody in the Valley, tell her "Yes" then pick the girl you like and she'll make that girls LP go up by 2000!!!!! <img src="http://i.neoseeker.com/d/icons/smile.gif" border=0 vspace=2 alt="" /> hop this helps

During a festival, go to the island. Then come back. The bottom screen will be black, so you cna't look at inventory, harvest tv, etc.

The only way to sort it is to run home (you have to cos u havent got access to a teleport necklace XD)and press A by the bed. The screen will flash and the normal screen saying "Ready for bed?" will come up. End of!

This is pretty pointless but just in case anyone gets it and panics. Like me lol.

Sometimes after a baby animal is born the bottom screen will turn black. giving you no access to saving and loading or your rucksack. It normally goes away after you go to bed but sometimes it stays and you have to restart your game from the last save-point.

Not only have the brush and glove equipped, but the slot in your rucksack immediately next to the equipped tool space should be either the milker or the shears. When you have a sheep ready to be shorn or a cow ready to be milked, wash with the brush and touch glove BEFORE milking or shearing, and before petting.

Now wash your animal. When done, use your STYLUS to hit the BACK key. With your stylus, quickly move the milker or shears to the equipped spot. 7 out of 10 times I have done this, there is now either wool or milk in my hands, and then I have still been allowed to shear my sheep or milk my cow and get double product from the animal for that day.

Apart from selling bangles, the easiest and most efficient way of earning money is sellin the ''Red Cloak''. When you buy your bangles and sell it to Van it appears that the time you spend on going back and forth from the sprite tree to the inn is not worth the effort because the truth bangle only cost 11-17k and the love bangle is on the viccinity of 28-39k. The red cloak, though it is a lot of medals and sells for 310-578k. This is the kind of item worth giving the effort for in coming back and forth from the sprite tree to the inn.

When she was younger she was sickly, so she could never go out and play with the other kids. When she grew up she got better. Sometimes she begins to feel weak again and wonders if she's really getting better. Celia comes to the pond to wish for the Goddess to help her heal faster. You don't think her wish is childish at all, and Celia thanks you before going back home.

You will then walk into the Clinic. Hardy explains he was just doing an exam. Celia brushes it off and lets you know there's nothing to worry about. Hardy notices her face has turned red and asks if she's okey. He then realizes that she's blushing because you're there and asks if you have a girlfriend. Tell Hardy that you're single ("no"). Hardy for some reason thinks that's good, but Celia gets embarrased and tells him she's going home. As she leaves she blushes at you again.

Having many items benefits when the mayor asks you to do a deed for him, or if it's your dream girl's birthday and she likes flowers, but it's winter and flowers don't grow at this time of year. I got the cursed watering can on FRI 23 SUMMER, since it was a holiday, the church was closed. I Had the secret cave, and the first basement, I had pumpkins in the basement, and pineapples in the cave. I WATERED THEM THOSE THREE DAYS!

for those who were stumped on getting ducks, it's really easy. just hire Gotz the woodcutter to make a pond (duck pond) and after it's finished, ducks are available for purchased, hope i helped!

Hire the fishing team for one week in Winter. Have them work at the beach. Every morning while they are working, check homw much money you have. You should have 1 trillion or so. (Note: You only need one fishing sprite to do this)

Easiest Fishing Sprite:
Riviera: On your farm, cast your fishing pole into the watering hole

Whenever you can't go outside due to a storm, use one of your tools over and over again inside your house to level it up. Once you get the scull icon, go to sleep!
This helps especially on the harder to level up tools, like the fishing rod.

All these tips add 800 LP to the girl you want to marry!

The trick is to go to her everyday with flowers, jewlery, curry or cake and talk to her twice everyday. I suggest buying the love bangle from the harvset sprites!

Give Muffy wine, choclote, flowers, jewllery or apple pie everyday and remember to talk to her twice everyday! In the evening everyday go to the blue bar and buy a drink!

You can only marry if you have 60 harvest sprites!

Here's another easy money maker:

Buy alot of crop seeds. Plant about 200. Now, it might seem like too much, but heres the tip:

Go to the harvest spirt place. Buy some medals or bet your way up to alot. Now, hire some water people. If you have 5+, they should water at least 100 of your 200 water spots. They will miss some spots, so just go in and clean up after them. When you sell your crops, you should get 5,000G+, depending on how many you plant. This by far makes it so much easy to not only water crops, but to harvest crops, fish, and get lumber and rocks!

Collect all the wild items around the town such as the colored grasses and other stuff. Sell all of them to your shipping box and you will get some bit of money from this.

if u want lots of money get earing and necklace were flora and crater are working sell them to van who will buy them high price

in fall pick up all the mushrooms (brown and white ones) then on a day that has a 3 or a 8 go to the inn and sell it all to van. you get like 1000G for 4 brown mushrooms!!!

1.get lots of medals in the sprites tree house
2.buy the love bangle and truth bangle
3.sell them to Van
4.repeat

1.unlock the first mine
2.finish the first mine
3.unlock second mine
ok now you need a LOT of stamina and grass or energy drinks just go in mine and smash rocks to find jewls put them in rucksack now run about until you fall down a hole because the lower you get the rarer jewls you will get now on the last floor you get a sword.leave the mine.
wait until Van comes then sell him EVERYTHING you got and you can reapet this over and over until you get lots of money

My first and personal favourite is used by the mines!
Step 1: Go to the mines (a lot of people get stuck on this!)
Step 2: Work your tukkus, (Heh heh tukkus) off until you get all of the jewelery in the mine (Or until your really low on health!)

Step 3: Keep going back to the mines until and repeating the process until you are at a date where there is a 3 or an 8 in it

Step 4: Go to the Inner Inn at 11:30!!!AM!!! and go upstairs and then go to the end corridor and all the way to the end until at the unforgettable cardboard fruit box, there is a small, fat man called Van Step 5: Talk to Van, he runs a shop full of, in my opinion, useless treasures and when he shows you his stock, go right down to the bottom and sell items
Step 6: sell all your jewerllery and he will offer you a price! !!! THE NEXT STEP IS VERY IMPORTANT!!!
Step 7: When he offers you a price you can say no if you think its not enough, he will ask if you have any other items, select the same items and he will offer you another price. It may be higher or lower, you never know! But keep putting in those items until you get the right price!
Step 8: Sell those items and be amazed at how much profit you would get for these items compared to if you chucked them in the shipping bin!

(I Sold 5 of each thing and got nearly 100,000G for it!)
This money making way is good because its not a cheat or a glitch which, are effective can destroy or alter your game.

Now to the glitches:

The Super Freaky Horse!
Step 1: Brush your horse without the touch glove
Step 2: QUICKLY!!! While your little man is brushing, switch the brush with a milker or clippers, you should have a small milk or wool in your hands

Glitch 2:
The Hard Working Fishing Team!
Step 1: Make sure you have at least one member of the fishing team
Step 2: Make sure you have the fishing rod
Step 3: Make sure you have enough medals for a week
Step 4: Make sure its Winter
Step 5: Hire the the fishing team to fish for a week at the Beach
Step 6: Sit back and watch the money roll in...and the glitch slowly eating away your game the more times you do this cheat.

*This give you like a billion G or something and will be the easiest way to unlock the private island!

Do you have trouble having an organized and wealthy life? Well, I have a solution. I will give you an easy life that will keep you happy and rich! (PM me if you have any questions!) This is how I live my life: REGULAR DAY!

First, when I wake up, I do my chores around the farm, whether it's watering plants or tending animals. Then, I go and give a gift or whatever the person you're trying to woo likes. Then, do whatever shopping you have to do if you have any, and go into the mines. You have a choice, hoe the ground in there for stuff, or go right into a mine and find gems. If you don't want to mine at all, try to smash some stones. Not the ones in the field, but the ones that are in the place where Galen and Nina live, by the hot springs. There should be three, 2 that look like the stones only bigger, and a big boulder. Smash them, don't worry if you can't smash the giant boulder. Then, go up to the excavation and right outside the entrance to the entrance of the mines, there will be 3 big lumpy rocks, and one giant boulder. Smash them. And if you go where the wild dogs hang out by the field, there are 3 giant boulders. Smash them if you can. After, do whatever you want, go to the sprite casino, get some sprites, talk to people, doesn't matter. This is your free time.

On the 20th of the season, do your chores and woo the person you like before doing this. Go to the town where there are 4 fields. Pick up all the weeds and grasses and whatever there is in all three fields. Make sure you don't pick up or smash / chop any building material. Since you left the plants to grow there all season, there should be a lot so it will take some time. This is easier with a basket so that if your rucksack is full, dump stuff in there. After, put everything in the basket and walk to your farm and dump everything in the shipping bin. On the 22nd to the 28th of the season, do the same thing but in other places with fields like the 20th day. By the 29th, you should be done everywhere, so on the 29th, you go pick up the plants from everywhere. This will still take time even though you you picked them all up before, they grow back. This is a lot of work, so you might not get much, if any, sleep. On the 30th, go around and pick up every plant again. This won't take as much time. Remember to always bring your basket and ship stuff at the end of the day. This is like your pay days.

On your first day, things are a little different. First go and woo your person you want to marry, and then go up to Romana's mansion and press A beside the fountain. You get a harvest sprite. Do that same thing in these places too: the well by the Blue Bar, the stove outside in the fence of the Inner Inn, upstairs the in the Inn, go by the box that Van sells his stuff and go to the side of the box closest to the wall, and at the watering hole. Also, fill your watering can once by the watering hole to get a sprite, then fill your watering can up 10 times to get a sprite. Go and try to leave the valley, to get a sprite. Go and just talk to Carter at the excavation site. Then, at around 8:30pm, go in the excavation site with your hammer equipped and you will unlock the first mine.

On a Sunday, go and talk to Galen and Nina before noon, then go back there between noon and 2:00pm. Go inside the house and you should get the fishing rod. And, on the 8th day, cross the bridge to Vesta's farm to get the sprite tree casino.

On the last 5 days of winter, go and smash all the rocks in the fields and chop all the wood in the fields as well as in your farm. Sell all the wood and keep the stone for building stuff like barns. Also, on these last 5 days, pick all the weeds out of your farm field.

There. You have an organized life from your first day to the very end of the year. Don't forget to PM me if you have any questions or if you need me to change something!

Isn't it annoying how all the fish stop biting after around 9 AM? It's easy to fish until you pass out though:

First thing when you wake up at 6 AM, stay inside so time doesn't pass. Then equip a necklace (original; you start out with this. Gold; bought at Jet's store. Jet sits next to Guts once you find him at the orange crate in the 2nd story of the inn or Mythril; sold by Jet AFTER you've purchased the gold necklace) and your fishing rod and go to your map. Find a place to fish at on your map and tap the water (hold down longer if you have a higher level necklace to use the higher effect) You will cast your fishing rod and you can fish just like you were there! Only now time doesn't pass indoors and you can fish until you're out of stamina and fatigue.

from this you can get unlimited sardines in S. M. and L.!!!!!!!!!!!!

Go to Galens house on a sunny Saturday and have all spots for equipped items empty and wait infront of their house until or 0:00pm and enter. You should get a cutscene telling his wife about what he is supposed to do with the fishing rod, and if he dumps it, it is bad luck.

Flora can be found digging around the excavation site in the northeast corner of the valley. She and Carter spend the day digging through the ruins. Flora is a horrible cook according to Carter, and she would rather spend her time researching than slaving away in the kitchen.

Walk into the excavation site and no one will be inside. You will overhear Flora talking outside. She thinks there's someone in the site and by golly she's going to confront him! Flora bursts into the site, ready to attack, so make sure you "watch for a bit" to see what she is going to do. She warns you to be careful because there is a suspicious, shadowy person around somewhere.

Flora then realizes that you're the person that she's talking about. She apologizes for talking bad about you but it was dark and she couldn't see very well. Flora asks why you've come to the site so tell her you'll "walk her home". She'll be glad that you're there to take her home. You'll walk her back to the tent.

Walk into the Inn to find Ruby and Flora talking back and forth. Flora keeps asking Ruby what happened to the item she liked. Ruby doesn't sell it anymore. That's when you walk in. Flora wants you to hear what this store has done!

Flora says she use to come here for her favorite Ancient Herb drink and suddenly it's not here anymore. Flora asks what you think. Ask her if perhaps she can get it from a different store and Ruby remembers that she heard it was for sale over at the Blue Bar. Now Flora is is mad and drags you out to the bar.

At the Bar Griffin confirms that what she is looking for is at their place and not at the Inn. Muffy gives Flora her drink and she gulps it down. Oh hey, maybe you would like drink too? Flora gives you a glass of her favorite drink and it's not exactly to your liking. You turn red-faced and start acting incredibly drunk! Griffin asks that Flora take you back home.

When you finally come to Flora is trying to figure out what happened. Other people have had the same drink and have not been affected the same way you were. She apologizes for the situation and since you're feeling better she's going to go home. At least she know now what store sells her favorite drink.

As you walk towards the excavation site, you'll find Flora and Carter talking in front of their tent. Flora had found something earlier and she hands it over to Carter, who exclaims that it's a great find! Flora's fossil appears to be some sort of treasure map. Flora wants to go search for the treasure now, but Carter has some business he must attend to. Luckly for them you arrive and Carter asks if you would search with Flora. Tell them you will search and the two of you go out into the night while Carter leaves for his errand.

The two of you end up at what appears to be a dead end. Flora asks that you dig at this spot anyway and the ground begins to shake.

Back at your house, Flora says that what you two found was actually a hot spring. It's not a treasure, but she'll ask Gotz to build a shed for it

Flora is walking around talking to herself inside of the dig site. She is thinking about you and mumbles about not understanding how to associate with boys. That "other" person is a little dull for her tastes. Every time she thinks of you she blushes.

She then turns around to find you standing at the entranceway! Flora response defensively and asks what you are doing. Tell her you just showed up (as though you are innocent of hearing her conversation) and she'll apologize for yelling at you.

Whatever you do,do not save your game at 4:44 in the morning!I was trying to get the minigame where your go to your dog's house at 4:44 in the morning,then i saved my game when it didn't work,and it froze!Then i turned off the ds to load it again and the file would'nt load!I was married and had a son and everything and i had to start my game all over again!Please,watch out for this glitch!

Garyl's birthday is on the 29th of summer...so if you give him colored grass on his birthday..the FP will go up like heck..i gave him the dark blue grass on his birthday and it went up 42 FP!

To get the fishing rod, take the following steps, and you will get it easily! <3

1) Make Sure it is a Saturday, in the Spring.
2) Go on a walk to Galen's house.
3) Once you get there, when the time reads 'oo' go into Galen and Nina's house.
4) You will view a small cut scene, of Galen talking to Nina about an old fishing rod he found, and he doesn't know what to do with it.
5) You will recieve the fishing rod.
6) Use the rest of your Harvest Moon day to fish, it's quite easy!

I know alot of people are wondering this. So, i'm finally gonna say it. To get a horse, you have to ship at least 1000 items. An easy way to do this is to get a basket and but 1000 bird feeds and put it in the basket. Then pickup the basket and click on it in your inventory and make sure it says 1000 (or more) items. Then go over to the chipping bin with your basket and press "a" to put the items in the shipping bin. A couple days later you will get a horse from Takakura. Just so ya know, i got my horse 3 days after and the night before i got it i fainted from exhaustion so you can try that. Hope that helps!

First buy the red cloak(at the casino for 65535 Medals).Then the god hand and Miracle glove will appear for you to buy(both cost 100000000 Medals).

if you want to get more of the wild items that grow around the valley there is only one simple thing you have to do. just clear the field of anything thats in it and within the next day or two more wild items will grow there. they grow better when there arent any weeds, stones, or rocks in the field! i hope this was helpful!

when you're sheering you sheep instead of cutting all the wool off you sheep, cut the wool until just the moment when it turns into large wool, after that sheer you sheep again and you will be able to get a small wool aswell

First make sure your dog ball is in your rucksack. Then walk into Takakura's house before 9:00 a.m. Throw your dog ball on to his table. 6 days later Thomas will come and give you back your ball. Hope this helps get rid of your ball for a while!!(:

save your game on a level with a cursed tool or accessory [my fave for the accessory is 335 cause you can also get a mythic stone along with a cursed accessory]

when you find the tool/accessory spot adn its somehting you dont want, just reload the game, go to that spot, and see what you get

be careful when you get the Witch Princesses Earrings, for some reason, ever since i got them, thyeve caused both my SP reduce adn FP increase at the same time!
plus theres a time ring[which i suggest you get two of cause when it isnt blessed it speeds up time and slows time after blessed]

to get a stocking you must have a yarn making machine, a sheep, and clippers. and it has to be winter.p.s. you must be friends with nina, 255 fp, or if nina is dead, befriend galen.

first. shear your sheep and make the wool into yarn. go to neena's house on a snowy day and give her the yarn. she shall then ask if u would like some socks. she makes you some socks and askes galen to deliver them to your house. the socks means a stocking.
if neena is dead1 then just enter the house one day and galen will hand you the stocking.

You get the following at the beginning of your game:
-Dog

Horse: You have to ship 1000 items of any kind. A harvest sprite will appear, thanking you for rescuing it. You'll get your horse the very next day when you leave your house in the morning. (If you can't ride your horse, don't freak out, you just have to make sure that you're not holding anything, or have anything equipped, and try again.)

You will need to buy a Silo and a Barn in order to get the following:
-Cow: Buy from Yodel Ranch over the phone. ($5000)
-Sheep: Buy from Yodel Ranch over the phone. ($4000)

(TIP: If the weather station predicts a storm for the next day, build a pen out of lumber outside and put your animals in it. Then, be sure to close it up so that wild dogs cannot hurt them and have lots of Animal Medicine at hand. After the storm, even if your Barn collapses, your animals will be safe. OR Save the day of the storm, and then sleep through it. The next day, if a Barn collapsed, turn off the DS without saving and continue playing. Then your Barn will not have collapsed.)

You will need to buy a Bird Shed to get the following:
-Chicken: Buy from the Poultry Farm. ($1500)
-Duck: Buy from Poultry Farm AFTER BUYING A POND. ($????)

(TIP: If the weather station predicts a storm, either save and sleep through it, that way you can just turn it off and try again if your Bird Shed collapses, OR put your Chickens and Ducks inside the Stable which cannot collapse.)

I recommond buying the Touch Gloves, Brush, Milker, Shears, and maybe a few animal medicines before buying any animals.

Do you ever find when you have everything to activate an event it doesn't work? If so, try these tips:

• Dont teleport there, teleporting to activate an event mostly fails
• If you haven't teleported there try going into the area of the event try talking to someone then leave then enter.

Okay, if you want to get married to celia as quick as possible, give her a curry or cake at least once a day. Also if you want to see how many friendship points and affection points you have on her, get the love banggel at the harvest moon casino place. The way i did it is by using the cheat where you put the fishing team to the beach and get a billion g's. After that you exchange some of those g's for i think 5,000 tolkens, then you get the love banngel. It will help you a lot. Then there are the heart events:
The first one is the black heart event, you only need over 0 affection points to do this, this will happen at 10 am to 12pm at vesta's house, when it's raining and it can't be a monday, when you sneak up to celia she notices you and breaks a plate, then vesta comes and asks what happened and just choose "tell the truth" the second event is a purple heart event, it will happen at 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm can't be a monday, go to the godess pond and celia catches up with you and asks if she can go with you say "go with her".
The third event, a yellow heart even is at 6:00 am to 12:00 pm on a rainy day and it cannot be during winter. Go to Dr. Hardey's clinic, he then asks you if you have a girl friend say "no".
The fourth and last heart event is at 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm and it can't be a wednesday. Go to the blue bar and grifin will show you an assortment of drinks then celia comes in to give griffin the vegetables he ordered, then celia asks if you two have anything interesting to talk about, talk about your farm life not about girls, it will turn out really badXD

To do all these heart events you need a certain amount of affection points:

20,000- Blue
30,000- Green
40,000- Yellow
50,000- Orange
60,000- Red

When you have the red heart you can marry her.. But.. you have to have at least 60 Harvest Sprites

Once celia's heart is red IMMEDIATLY go and buy a blue feather from the supermarket and give it to her so she can say "yes" to marry you^^

If you give a girl something on her birthday, her affection will go up a lot more than any other day!!

Your chickens and ducks will only give you eggs if they are happy. If chickens or ducks are unhappy or sick they will not give you eggs.

Harvest Goddess:

After the Witch Princess' misguided spell, the Goddess disappears until you can find 60 Harvest Sprites. Once you do that then you can begin to court the Goddess. She will live inside the pond and will appear when you toss an item into the water. This powerfull woman will continue to live in her pond even after you marry her.

The Harvest Goddess does not appear to be marriageable in the North American version of HMDS due to bugs introduced in the localization coding. In order to marry you need to ship items made of Buckwheat Flour, which can not be acquired by most people. There are a handful of very lucky players that have received it from the New Years Eve festival but 90% polled have indicated they never have received it from Thomas. Likewise the Choker/Necklace does not appear in the Mining List even if you truely found one at the Excavation site, which fails the "find everything in the mine" requirement.

If you are one of the lucky few who's game does produce Buckwheat Flour, and you marry the Goddess, the lady returns to her pond. You may be married but she doesn't live with you.

Right after you find your 60th Sprite the Harvest Goddess will return from the other world. She will thank you and invite you to visit her pond. That's about all that happens. Now you can toss an item into her pond to summon her for a little bit.

Don't forget to check the pots inside of the Sprite Company Tree once you've rescued the Goddess. If you press A while standing in front of the pots on the left-hand side you'll discover the Baby Sprite.

The Goddess feels better now, since she was able to rant to you for a bit about her boss.

After you toss in an offering into her spring, she will seem sad again. Goddess is worried about her rival, the Witch Princess. The Witch always gets in her way, but Goddess will not lose! Tell her that you'll "support the Harvest Goddess" and she'll thank you. Now she's going to work hard.

Yellow Heart Event
» Give her at least 500 gifts, 1 gift per day

After greeting you, the Goddess seems weary. She explains she has been tired lately. Goddess has to clean the area, hook up couples who like each other, and all the busywork has worn her out. Sometimes she wishes she could be a normal human. If she was a human she wouldn't have all these troubles.

Tell her "that's not true". The Goddess admits you're probably right and she shouldn't say such things.

Press A in front of the stove to the left of the Inner Inn for Tep, who runs the Blackjack Table.

If you find all three, you can play all three games, but finding just one of the games will open the casino (albeit a sad looking one).

NOTICE::: I own 2 versions of Harvest Moon DS, one English and one American. The American version, when i find the 3 casino sprites i get 3 games to play in the casino, (blackjack, poker and matching), but my English version when i find these three sprites, there are 3 sprites in my casino, but all three of them only allow me to play the matching game(which i was very dissappointed when i found out because i much prefer the other two games). My point is, this cheat only works on American versions of the game, not English versions.

But Fortunetly You Can Fall Up To 300 Floors But Lose Up To 100 Stamina( Fatigue If You Have Lost All Your Stamina) But On A Floor That Ends In a 00 You Will Encounter Mayor Thomas,Who Is Hidden Behind A Large Rock. To Get To Him Defeat All The Dark Heros On The Floor. Thomas Will Sell Items That Recover Stamina And Fatigue, But At A Dear Price.

during the day in the game collect everything in your town and also hire a fishing team. Once the team starts you start but you start at 6:00am. (tip: if you have a teleport stone this will be easier.) make sure you have everything valuable in the town collected and before 5:00pm ship everything you collected, make sure you have some meals on you and head to the mines. Dig up in the area where flora strolls and once you have collected those things leave the mine and go to your own house.

Dont bother shipping the mine stuff as tomorrow is a new day. Also make sure you have lots of crops. I had 12 yams growing, carrots and turnips. And if your produce has grown pick the ripend produce and ship everything you have left you didn't ship. I did this for 1 day and i was loaded... try to ship ores you find in the first mines and anything valuable from then on is something you can ship. And you can clean your farm as well, Ship the weeds, sticks and stones you find on your farm and soon after if you repeat for 2 weeks your wallet will be high as ever.

Plus ship your livestook's products for more income, i found all this brilliant as i had 99365903 by the end of the day. also if you fancy someone in the game you can upgrade your house and give them disirable gifts you find in the mine.

*= a tip you will need... the more * there are the more important it is
this is how to become rich and stay rich no matter what
**If your are starting a new game red this note before you read the rest...
if you are starting a new game and don't have any animal/bird/any other biddable buildings you build using Gotz DON'T GET ANY I will post why after the instructions below... read it believe me its worth it**

ok if you don't already know about how to get the max amount of gold from the fishing sprites i will tell you... i will also tell you how to make sure you don't run out of that gold
(1) gain as many fishing sprites as you can by using the fishing pole

*How to get the fishing pole* you get the fishing pole from Galen the old man that lives in the small shack in the middle of the crops that looks like a backwards C (or if you want to know where it is from the map it is the 2nd medium sized rectangle on the right or right above the rectangle that contains a large quantity of the sea)you visit Galen on a clear (sunny)Saturday in the spring between 11:00 and 1:00 ***MAKE SURE YOUR TOOL SLOT IS EMPTY!!*** he will tell you he found his old rod wile he was cleaning and he does not want to throw it away... now boom you have a new fishing rod
*fishing rod note* the fishing rod can be upgraded just like any other tool... the better the upgrade the bigger and more profitable the fish

(2) wait until winter roles around then you hire the fishing sprites for as long as you want
each day you hire them during the winter they max out your gold
(sometimes it does not happen the first or second day you hire them.. if your gold does not max out immediately DON'T PANIC its ok it will in a day or so)...
maxed out gold...that's good but what if you run out of gold and don't want to wait for the next winter?

*well here is what you need*
a. you need the cabinet
b. to get the cabinet you need one house upgrade and you also need the shopping network sprite
*to get the shopping network sprite* to unlock the shopping network you need to but one item from the general store every day for 10 days
**note about shopping network** the shopping network will show a new item you can buy every 1 week to 10 days... the items that the sprite sells for kobos(or something like that)or something other than gold you cannot buy the item.. but don't panic these items only show up AFTER you buy the real item from the shopping network.. its mostly just to say wait until another real item comes on the market

you will need to find the sprite named jet

*where to find jet* examine the crate on the second floor of the inn where Van has his shop but go when the shop is closed (the inn is the building with the large chimney looking thing in the back... *from the map* the inn is in the 1st large rectangle on the left... it is the building on the bottom with the fence with the long white thing inside the fence

(3) after you have jet, the cabinet, and your gold is maxed out there are 2 different good ways to stalk up on gold so you never run out

the first way is to talk to Gotz and buy a TON of golden lumber to put in your cabinet... the more you get the better (i always get HUNDREDS) you could even fill you cabinet with it if you like... because every day you have the fishing sprites during the winter you cash is maxed out the day after you buy all this stuff no matter how much you spend... when you run out of cash just sell the lumber... easy huh ^^

the second way is to go to jets store and buy as many 1,000,000G tickets as you want because if you run out of cash they sell for 1,000,000 gold each but they are bought for the same price(hey who cares when you can get your gold maxed out for a hole season if you want to)

*how to get to jets store* you go to the sprites tree(you should know where that is but i will tell you anyway... the sprits tree is located in the area with the pond in the back *from the map* the sprites tree is in the square to the right of your farm... the tree is the big tree with the door. but when you get to the tree go in... when you are inside jet is the sprite with the crazy different colored hat to the right of guts

*when to go* the tree opens a 9:00 am i believe and closes at 6:00pm(please correct me if i'm wrong)

Now you are rich and if you run out of cash you can get it all back as easy as 1,2,3
and if you want you can repeat the hole thing next winter

a make a new game tip is under this
***why you should not build before you do this*** because after this you will have enough cash or golden lumber to have all your buildings made out of golden lumber(i doubt you would be able too before you got rich) golden lumber buildings are the sturdiest and best to have things made out of and o don't think you want to demolish anything to make it out of golden lumber so why have to demolish it when you can always start out with the good stuf*bleep*

When you have the casino you can buy seeds and items from Roller, and , if you have saved any of the sprites, request help from Guts, But before you can do all that, you need medals, you can either buy medals from Roller (choosing the 'Change Money For Medals' option when you talk to him) Or saving the three sprites below and winning a 'Matching Game' with them.

First what you have to do is visit Van in the upper part of the Inn on a day where it ends with 3 or 8.

Then buy XLBodigizer Potion , this restores stamina to full. Buy about 10 of these.

Now to get the truth bangle to know when you're low on stamina go to the Harvest Sprite Tree & go to the prize area of the casino. Buy the truth bangle for 1000 Medals.

To get to the bottom of the mine go in and save your game and then reload IN THE MINE. There all the monsters will be gone and u can dig to the bottom. Everytime you lose stamina just use your bodigizer potion

Celia is one of the prettiest girls in this game. She is a farm girl with an unfortunate ilness and it is easy to marry her.

If you want to marry Celia, give herthings even before you own a kitchen, mixer and oven. And by the time you do acquir these tools her heart will already be purple. Day by day give her: cake, broaches, choker, bracelets, lotion, facial packs, every flower. (best to use strawberries in cake because the fruit very quickly it is easy to stock up in your refridgerator for winter).

You give her gifts every day until her heart turns red but that is not enough. She will turn you down. To marry Celia you have to go through with the following cutscenes:

Black Heart:
Go to Celia's house 10:00AM Tuesday - Sunday
You will sneak up on Celia and she will break a plate. 'Tell the truth' and you'll be one step closer to marriage.

Purple heart
Go to the path to the goddess pond, 4:00PM Tuesday - Sunday
You will begin to walk up the path but Celia will stop you and will want to walk with you. Say 'go with her' and you'll be one step closer to Celia's heart.

Blue Heart
Dr. Hardy's house, rainy day, 6:00AM - 10:00AM
You will walk in to find Dr. Hardy doing an exam on Celia. He will ask if you have a girlfriend but be sure to say 'no'. Because if you say yes Celia will think that you have a girlfriend besides her.

Blue Bar, Thursday - Tuesday, 4:30PM - 6:00PM
Celia will be there to drop off vegetables from Vesta and she will ask you to tell her something and talk about life on the farm or you'll be in trouble.

But you're not done there. You also have to
a.) give her a birthday present at least once Spring 6th
b.) go to her Starry Night Festival party at least once. Go to talk to her at 7:00AM on the 23rd of Winter and she will invite you. Then go to her house on the 24th of Winter at 6:00PM.

Note:: you cannot marry Celia without doing all above and the heart cut scenes must be done in that order. Black, Purple, Blue, Yellow

Are your cows or sheep sick? You want to shear or milk them? Well you can even when they are sick! All you have to do is:

1. Use your brush WITHOUT the touch glove on your horse.
2. While your little guy is brushing QUICKLY switch to either the Milker or Shear thing.
3. You will then have milk or cotton in your hands!
4. Ship it or sell it to Van for some good money!

The thing that makes it so cool is that you can do as much as you want!

TIPS:

1. Do it inside so time doesn't pass by.
2. When shearing/milking your horse,before starting the glitch,make sure you shearers/milker are right next to each other someone in the first section of your rucksack for easier access!
3. you MIGHT be able to get higher levels of milk/cotton if your shearers/milker is at a higher level.

WARNING::: I bough harvest moon from America before it was out in GB and i quickly found this cheat for myself. Then i lost the game and recently bought it again, the Englist version this time, and this cheat doesn't work. So unless it's just my game cart, this cheat only works on the American versions of the game(my english version also has a few other differences form the American one, e.g. the church is called the 'temple', and i rescued all 3 casino sprites, but all three of them only play the matching game.)

To rescue the harvest goddess from the other world that the Whitch princess accidently sent her to, you must rescue 60 harvest sprites, these can be any 60 harvest sprites. Once ypu have done this, she will appear and talk to you (I can't remember what she says.)After this, she will live in the spring, to give her presents just throw them in the water.(I havn't tried much, but I know she likes flowers.)I've heard that even if you marry her she will continue to live in the spring.

The first Day after you start collect all the grasses,bamboo shoots,and ship then.After that go to the mine and digg around to get braclets,chocker,earings,and broaches,ship those too.When I did that i ended up with 2-10 k a day~ I REALLY hope i helped^.-

you will need the love bangle to do this.you can get it at the harvest sprite shop for 50000 medals.also be sure you have unlocked Roller by simply walking over the bridge after the 8th of spring,(any year,i think.) i got muffy's heart to be red. i thought her heart points would go down if i stopped giving her gifts. to test this, i left her heart points at 60000 (or something like that. her heart was red anyways.) then i slept for 3 days straight, not even leaving my house. then i went to her bedroom and checked her love for me (ah, young love) and her points increased! her points were something like: 60300 yay! now i have left her alone for about a week, and her points are 61000! try it!

Are you annoyed when your sitting comfortably and you suddenly have to use your hand to touch the touch screen to change the tool your holding? You probably already know this, but if you hold R and press B, you can change tools!! hope i helped! =)

Keira is a challenge to marry (take it from someone who has xD)Not only is she hard to reach (she lives on the 255th floor of the 3rd mine)but she's rather picky and only fancies expensive or difficult to find gifts.

Her favorite thing is Golden lumber (+800 AP +9 FP) But this will cost you quite a chunk of change~ {I recomend the Billion dollar glitch which has been explained previously}

Other things she likes are, the mythic stone, the suns, mystrile, orchalc, adamantite, diamonds, and pink diamonds (all +500 AP +9 FP)

HEART EVENTS

Her heart events are much different from Maidens or other 'magical' girls. In these you must give her certain items.

In her first heart event (AKA Black heart event) she asks for curry rice, but if you prepare just curry rice she will not be satisfied, instead you should prepare her Ultimate or Supreme curries.

the recipe for Ultimate curry is as follows:

Rainbow Curry (too long to explain, please look up on google, et cetera)
Black Curry (rice ball, curry powder, black grass [found in mines])
Failed dish in frying pan
Failed dish in pot
Failed dish in oven
Failed dish in mixer

Cook in pot.

In her second heart event (AKA purple heart event), she proclaims she is thirsty. You should bring her the best Relax Tea

In her third heart event (AKA Blue heart event) She asks you to bring a random jewl, so I can't be of much help there. But, you do not need to bring it to her imideietly, so don't sweat, you can just give it to her after you find it, or the next day.

The fourht and final heart event (AKA yellow hert event) is rather simple, all you need to do is give her a peice of Golden Lumber.

After you give Keira each of the required items she will gain 3000 AP, witch is a nice bust if you are planning the cute little princess.

My overall impression if Keira when I married her was she was absolutely adorible and when I had a child she was a great mother. She is one of my favorite girls that I married. (I've pretty much married all the Maidens and Leia.. and I'm working on the Mineral Town Girls ...Shuddap, I am NOT obssesed with this game!!)

If you have your dog and/or cat in your house when the kitchen is being put in you have a chance of loosing one of maybe even both of your animals.
I went in after the kitchen was put in and found that my dog was on the counter. You can't grab him, pet him, or brush him. This means you can't use your animal to raise affection or friend points.

after you have gotten to the last level of the 2nd mine (255th floor) you will find a rock wall. to knock it down u must defeat all the mine monsters it will crumble. BUT WAIT before going in you must make sure you have at least one empty slot in your rugsack and have had enough expirience to upgrade and of your tools to the blue ore thingy or she will not give you the legendary sword. this has happend to me a total of seven times and it is VERY frustrating.

TIP: if you plan on marrying kiera you will find her not in the 2nd mine but in the 3rd mine on the 255th floor. be careful because there is more than 255 floor in this mine so when you get in the 200s i suggest you use the stairs that you can dig up aroung the mine (stairs are usually found with in 6 square spaces away from the stair case that leads you back to the surface)

Leia was found by Daryll, washed ashore down on the beach. He took her back to his lab and now she lives in a tub down in the basement. The door to the basement will be locked until you raise Daryll's Friendship Points to 100 or higher. You can then go down into the basement and talk to the cute fishy lady.

If you're a friend of Daryll then you are also her friend.

Downstairs you'll startle Daryll, and he yells at you for thinking that he's using her as a science experiment. He tells Leia that he must immediately get back to his research and he leave the two of you alone. Once he's left, Leia laughs at your presumptions. She had been telling Daryll about her home town. She does thank you for worrying about her.

Visit Leia in the basement. She wants to repay Daryll's kindness by doing some housework, so she wants to try and cook meals. Leia doesn't know very many recipes, but her recipe for Grilled Fish is excellent! Leia wants to try a piece of her new menu at this moment, and asks if you would taste test it for her.

Tell her it would be your pleasure (option #2), Leia will tell you to wait a moment while she hurries to make the dish. She returns with Boiled Fish made with Wine and gives it to you to try out. You tell her it is delicious and she is glad that she was able to cook something so tasty.

Walk into the laboratory while holding the bottle. Daryll notices that they can't open the bottle to retrieve it's content, and the seal on the bottle broke his "Super Ultra Great Delicious Wonderful Corkscrew", his "Hyper Miracle Sweet Gorgeous Beautiful Corkscrew", and his "Angel Eternal Pure Fresh Elegant Corkscrew". The normal, ordinary corkscrew that he had bought from Van was the only one that worked! Daryll read the message and realized it is for Leia.

Daryll takes the note to Leia. She explains it is from her mother. Mom is worried about her living in a bathtub and wants her to come home. Daryll tells her she is all better anyway so she should go back.

At the Beach Leia asks if it would be all right for her to return. Tell her it's always good to come back and she'll smile before she swims away.

You can catch a Bottled Message in the Ocean during the Spring season if you use a Mystrile or higher level Fishing Pole. The message will only appear after Leia's heart color turns Yellow (40,000 LP or higher).

The SUDGW, HMSGB, and AEPFE corkscrews Daryll refers to are a take on Won's special apples from past Harvest Moon games.

Additional Info

You will need to have the Duck Pond built before she will accept your marriage proposal.

Once Leia swims away the only time you can see her at the Beach is on Tuesday night at midnight after the time turns into Wednesday. You will need to walk into the beach area to have her appear.

If you don't feel like waiting a week to give her your daily Love Point gift, wait until she is at a high-orange heart color (57,000+ LP) and Monday before activating her yellow heart event. Once Tuesday night comes around she should be ready to marry if you have completed all other requirements.

Leia is an awesome mermaid, and if you are a beginner than read this. If you wanna marry this beautiful mermaid, then go into the not so beauiful Daryl\'s lab. When you walk into his lab, you will see two tall glowing blue things. Walk so your in front of his couch. The walk to the left and your character will be walking into a silver thing. Go to where the handle of the silver thing is and press A. It will not let you go into it, but now you know where Leia lives. Give daryl coloured grass every day, and every day try to go into his basement. One day it will let you in. Talk to Leia and befriend her. Every time you see her, give Daryl a coloured grass, if you don\'t he will not let you into his basement.

If you want Leia's heart to change you must go to Deryl's basement every day and give Leia fish and/or
flowers. her birthday is Summer 30th. Thank You enjoy this tip!♥♥

Did you know you could level up your crops? Just sow 5 or 6 bags on top of each other. Now you\'ll get a level 2 right? Mostly level 2s? Well level 2 crops sells more them 1. But with a seed maker you can now replant those level 2 crops and get level 3. You can contiue and make extra money! Level 2 crops are 4X more money then 1. That means level 10 is 40X more, so on. That means you don\'t make 60 G a crop, you ma 240 G each!

Be careful when you load and save your file. There is a chance that while you are saving or loading, the game will just freeze and the account in which you saved your file will be corrupted. This giltch is most likely to happened when you try to save in a place where more moving is happening, for e.g. saving your file in the sprite tree has a higher chance of freezing especially when you have more than 20 sprites moving inside the box...This happened to me before but luckily i have saved both of my accounts in the 2 files. I managed to retrieve my account although my original data has been corrupted and all of the items and the latest tasks that i have done, i have lost and i forgot to save it in the other diary so i lost all of them!!!

You always have to plant a bellpepper in the Fall because in the winter on winter day 2 the mayor will come to your house and ask you a favor he asks you to get a bellpepper for him but if you have a bellpepper all ready in your bag then you are lucky! BECAUSE YOU CAN'T PLANT A BELLPEPPER IN THE WINTER THEN IT IS BYE-BYE TO A YELLOW HARVEST SPRITE LEADER AND THEN YOU HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER YEAR! that is what happend to me 6 TIMES!

EDIT::: it says that you if u dont have a bellpepper u have to wait another year...but u dont. If u save ur game the night before Winter day 2 u can reload the game back to that night and start the next morning over again. And the mayor will keep coming but will ask you for different items.Like green dumplings, red grass, even a diamond. Ive had to do this a couple times.I did it till i got the bracelet wich you can easly get at the mine.

If you go out to the town, go towards the bridge. Rigth before you hit the bridge walk up into the shadow of the first tree, then fish. You'll get fish nonstop!!

If you give a girl gifts for a while, but run out of money (or whatever the girl likes) and can't get more that's fine. You don't have to give her a gift every day... sometimes her love points will increase, even if you don't give her gifts all the time. There is also another way...
You can make the girl jealous by giving other girls gifts they like. Eventually her Love Points will start to increase...

Lumina is Romana's Granddoughter and lives in the Villa. she is an acomplished pianist but doesn't have a lot of life experience. She loves Relax tea and hates Elli leaves.

Purple - After you purchase the DVD player and some DVD's from Van, Lumina comes by the farm and asks to watch them.

Blue - Go to the Harvest Goddess pond between 1 p.m. and 8 p.m., Lumina has lost her necklace and asks you to help her find it.

Yellow - Visit Lumina in her room at the Villa between 9 p.m. and 11 p.m. You find her waiting for Van to deliver her very own DVD player.

Lumina:

Lumina spends a lot of time playing the piano at her grandmother Romana's mansion in the northwest corner of the valley. Romana is fairly well-to-do and has been trying to raise Lumina to be a proper lady, but her granddaughter is looking for a different kind of life. In the mornings Lumina will be practicing the piano at the mansion and spend the afternoons looking at the Goddess Pond.

An argument erupts between Lumina and her grandmother. Sebastian is having a problem getting the two of them to compromise and asks for your assistance. Neither one of the girls wants your help at first, but Lumina suggests that you can settle their problem for them.

Lumina was worried about her Grandmother's health, so she made her a present. When she gave it to Romana everyone was happy until Romana opened the gift. Romana did not like what she was given, even if Lumina had spent the time to make her a "belly warmer" (haramaki). Romana says only old people use belly warmers and she is not old! They begin to argue again.

Lumina asks you who is in the wrong. Tell them that Sebastian is wrong, and he'll chuckle and admit that it's all his fault. The two girls realize they're being silly and Romana thanks her granddaughter for the gift.

When you awake in the morning, Lumina will come by for a visit. She apologizes for coming so early but she had heard from someone that you have purchased a DVD Player. She is really interested in checking it out. Go ahead and "show her" the DVD Player.

When you leave the tree you spot Lumina looking around the ground. She is glad to see you and explains she has dropped something important. Lumina asks if you will look for it with her.

Agree to search with her and Lumina explains she had dropped a heirloom necklace. The two of you take a look around the Goddess Pond. Eventually you find the necklace and return it to Lumina. She is glad that her grandmother won't be mad at her now. She thanks you, blushes, and then heads back to the mansion.

Upstairs in her room Lumina is looking out her window for Van. She thought you were the jolly peddler when you entered her room, but she's not disappointed to see you. Lumina tells you that after she saw your dvd player she had Sebastian call up Van for a visit.

Van finally arrives and asks Lumina if she wanted to order something. Lumina begins to explain about how she wanted a dvd player like your's, but Van suddenly looks distressed. He explains that you had bought the last one! It's up to you now, so Van takes his leave.

Lumina is sad that she can't have her own dvd player, so tell her that it's okey for her to go to your house to watch your player. That makes her very happy.

You know that spoiled rich girl Lumina right? And you know Rock her so called boy friend right? Well on their third or so heart event you exit the sprite company tree and actually end up on the beach! This was very inconvieniant for me because I needed to be at the goddess pond to see Muffy but it could be conveniant for you if you have nothing to do and wanted to go fishing.

You wake up one morning and Lumina would ask to see your tv and DVD player. Say yes and this will trigger her purple heart event. This requires a tv AND DVD set. you can get the tv and DVD set at Van's shop. He comes on days that end with 3 or 8. He should be in the in at 11:00am to 6pm.

BLUE
You must get her affection points up to 20 000 and go talk to her. (Use the love bangle. Can be purchased at the Sprites Tree.)

GREEN
Must get her affection points up to 30 000.

YELLOW
Must get her affection points up to 40 000.

ORANGE
Must get her affection points up to 50 000.

okay,so once you get the second mine dig very deep till you're about over 200 feet and get as many diamonds and pink diamonds as possible and also other high priced jewels, get anything you can get(wool, any kind of grass;red,white, etc.), grow as many crops(especially crops level 2 or higher) then go to van's place(his shop opens when the days have a 3 or 8 in it, for example: 13, 23, 18, 28) sell him all that stuff and you'll probably get over 50,000 dollers.

Another way to make more money is to use this popular cheat where you send the fishing team(in winter) to the beach for a week, then when you wake up within that week or so you're going to get 1 billion g's!!!

I find that the second mine is an excellent source of income. Firstly, go to van and buy 50 of each turbo-jolt XL, and bogodizer XL. Secondly, go to the 2nd mine and descend to around level 200. Using your hammer, smash rocks to find diamonds, emeralds, alexanderite, and pink diamonds. Descend after you have cleared a level of rocks. By the time you reach the 255th level you should have around 200 diamonds, and around 35 of everything else. Return to the top and sell the items. My average income from this is just over a million per trip.

If you're a friend of Daryll then you are also her friend.

Downstairs you'll startle Daryll, and he yells at you for thinking that he's using her as a science experiment. He tells Leia that he must immediately get back to his research and he leave the two of you alone. Once he's left, Leia laughs at your presumptions. She had been telling Daryll about her home town. She does thank you for worrying about her.

Visit Leia in the basement. She wants to repay Daryll's kindness by doing some housework, so she wants to try and cook meals. Leia doesn't know very many recipes, but her recipe for Grilled Fish is excellent! Leia wants to try a piece of her new menu at this moment, and asks if you would taste test it for her.

Tell her it would be your pleasure (option #2), Leia will tell you to wait a moment while she hurries to make the dish. She returns with Boiled Fish made with Wine and gives it to you to try out. You tell her it is delicious and she is glad that she was able to cook something so tasty.

Walk into the laboratory while holding the bottle. Daryll notices that they can't open the bottle to retrieve it's content, and the seal on the bottle broke his "Super Ultra Great Delicious Wonderful Corkscrew", his "Hyper Miracle Sweet Gorgeous Beautiful Corkscrew", and his "Angel Eternal Pure Fresh Elegant Corkscrew". The normal, ordinary corkscrew that he had bought from Van was the only one that worked! Daryll read the message and realized it is for Leia.

Daryll takes the note to Leia. She explains it is from her mother. Mom is worried about her living in a bathtub and wants her to come home. Daryll tells her she is all better anyway so she should go back.


At the Beach Leia asks if it would be all right for her to return. Tell her it's always good to come back and she'll smile before she swims away.

You can catch a Bottled Message in the Ocean during the Spring season if you use a Mystrile or higher level Fishing Pole. The message will only appear after Leia's heart color turns Yellow (40,000 LP or higher).

The SUDGW, HMSGB, and AEPFE corkscrews Daryll refers to are a take on Won's special apples from past Harvest Moon games.

Additional Info
You will need to have the Duck Pond built before she will accept your marriage proposal.

Once Leia swims away the only time you can see her at the Beach is on Tuesday night at midnight after the time turns into Wednesday. You will need to walk into the beach area to have her appear.

If you don't feel like waiting a week to give her your daily Love Point gift, wait until she is at a high-orange heart color (57,000+ LP) and Monday before activating her yellow heart event. Once Tuesday night comes around she should be ready to marry if you have completed all other requirements.

Your chicken only lays small eggs once you've just gotten it. But as time goes by and you keep it healthy and you tend and care for it, it's affection for you will rise and it will grow hearts towards you.

These heart are a good thing and once you have atleast 4 hearts with your chicken he will start laying medium sized eggs which sell better then the small eggs but not as good as the large.

Here is another Casino tip, one that specifically applies to the Memory Game.
If your memory is less than perfect, simply write down the location of the
cards as they are uncovered. You should have no trouble winning the game if
you do this. That will give you 40 Medals for each game you play.

buy the earrings from the black jack dealers from the casino and where them when you go mining plus you should have lots of blue, light blue, yellow, white, purple grasses then you will last ages in the mines

Watch out for the mine monaters in the mine hit them with your hammer and they die!

Ok, this a really handy tip, so listen carefully.
you know you run out of stamina and fatigue? well, basically fall down the holes in the 1st mine, and when you get to the bottom, let the chick hit you 1 time. this sounds dumb, but hit him once and he should go. if he doesn't, then hit him again. return o the top and open the 2nd mine the day after or the same night. this time you can fall up to 10 floors at a time. the enemies will be worse, so save and turn off. fall down the hole. but when you get to floor 255, kill the monsters by hand. now you meet Kiera. now, when you finish, open the 3rd mine. you can fall up to 100 floors. you can also find cursed tools and accessories. we're looking for the kappa hat, which is an accessory. here are some floors that you can find them on. 324, 335, 348, 353. the kappa hat looks like a... hat. always go to the floor before the cursed accessory floor. save before you go down the stairs on diary 1, then go down the stairs. save on diary 2, then get rid of the monsters. save on diary 2 again. start digging for that accessory. save regularly. once you find the accessory, check what it is on your rucksack. if it's the kappa hat, well done, and if it's not, then make a note of where the spot is, and then reload. go and stand on top of the accessory spot, then save. hit it with your hoe. keep trying until you get the hat. once you get it, tap the 'y' button and get to the surface. if its a weekday in your game, then go to your house. if its a weekend then wait till its a week day. when you have 100000G, call the temple. if they are open, then go. put on the kappa hat and call the temple. undo the curse and then your hat will be a wonder. go and use your tool. when the little person falls down, keep going. after 25, you should have have 50 fatigue and sit down. but you don't. if you have the truth bangle, put it on. you should have no fatigue at all. (if you had fatigue before wearing the kappa hat, you should have the same amount as when you put the hat on.) you guessed it!!! the kappa hat stops you getting any fatigue (except when you go down a hole. eat some black grass before you go down.) now, you can go mining for anything! money 2nd mine, jewels 2nd mine, accessories and tools 3rd mine. enjoy!!!

I found this out by luck

First: Pick all the weeds and rocks in your farm
Next: Go around town and pick bamboo shoots (only a few) these shoots seem to sell for alot
Finally: Ship these things in shipping bin and then repeat

In the winter go hire some harvest sprites to fish for you. In the morning when you wake up you could be a millionaire!!!!

Another thing is that you could go to the mines almost every day find jewelry and then go sell it all to van. (Van is the guy who works at the inn upstairs. You should find him behind an orange box on any day that ends with an 8 or a 3!!)

If your sheep and cows are in a bad mood, equip your brush (If u dont have one, bye one from the shops)and use it on your animal! Then ur sheep or cow will be in a good mood!!

I'm trying to marry Muffy and this is the most effective way to change her heart colour quickly:

1. Everyday give her 1 wine and 1 piece of chocolate.

2. Everyday buy drinks at the blue bar(open 5.00pm-7.00pm), this makes her like you more.

3. On her Birthday give her LOADS of summer flowers.

4. The old cat trick (please don't try dogs she hates them)

Go to the mines but not into them and just where Carter and Flora are and dig for accesseries such as necklaces, brooches, bracelets, and earrings. Get about 30 of these while using the save/reload trick and then go find van on one of the days he is here.

Van will be in the inn on ether the 3rd, 8th, 13th 18th, 23rd, or 28th. These items you have dug up will sell for about 2000 more G then they would if you just sold them through your shipping bin. So with this in mind your pretty much making 2x the money profit!

Ok, so heres the tip. If ypu are trying to to get Muffys LP up and you want\need more harvest sprites here is something to do. Every night for five nights purchase ten drinks from the blue bar [water doesn't count]. For doing this you wil get Souly, plus Muffy's LP go up!

You know how you only get 1g for selling wild grasses? Well just sell them to Van!!!! He gives around 500g for red grass!!!!

P.S. Don't sell weeds, stone and wood to Van, they're only worth 1g each.

ok when you go 2 get wool from your sheep then use the touch panel gloves and as soon as you see that u have gotten a large sized wool leave some behind and wait until the clock times out. once u r done your sheep will have enough wool 4 a small.

Muffy:

This lovely lady spends a lot of her time working at the Blue Bar. She lives there with her boss, Griffin. Muffy tries to always have a smile on her face but she is secretly afraid of getting her heart broken. Muffy heard from her parents that they are planning on setting her up on a blind date. They sent her a photograph of the man and she is not interested in seeing him. She asks you what she should do. Suggest that she "meet him and turn him down". Muffy agrees that it would of been wrong of her to completely ignore him and it would be more polite to tell the guy herself.

(In the Japanese version Muffy's parents were trying to arrange her marriage with the help of a match maker, not set her up on a blind date. The photograph was for the match maker. This is a common thing for parents to do in Japanese conservative society.)

Visit Muffy at the bar during the evening. Griffin makes all of the bar's drinks, and she would like to help out more. Muffy senses your reluctance and asks for your assistance.

Behind the counter she begins to mix things together. She asks you to pick the last ingredient to add to the drink. Suggest she adds milk and she'll finish the mixture. Muffy gives you a taste and this time it tastes pretty good! Muffy will see if Griffin will add it to the bar's menu.

After this event you'll find Moomoo Milk for sale at the bar.

Muffy will greet you as you leave your house. Today's weather is good so she suggests the two of you go out somewhere, perhaps a d-a-t-e? Tell her you'll go out on a date and the two of you go out to the Goddess Pond.

At the pond Muffy lets you know that this pretty pond is said to be sacred. She's glad to know that you feel the same about this spot. Muffy decides it's time to go to a new spot on your date.

You'll visit Kai at his summer food booth and he notices you two appear to be on a date. Kai says it'll be his treat so you get some food. Once your meal is over you both return to your farm. It's the first time that Muffy's enjoyed a date with a boy.

On Thanksgiving Day in Winter, if Muffy is the right heart colour she will visit your house. Instead of saying "Of" she says "Fo". Is it a new incantation or has she looked at the Witch Princess's spellbook?

After Murrey leaves Vesta explains that some time ago he began arriving for their bug-eaten produce. Celia says that sometimes he'll clean up around the field, so they give him the vegetables as a reward. Murrey is saving up travel money so he can return home, and Vesta suggests that you help him out too.

When you ask what he is looking for, Griffin says he can't tell you. Muffy says she doesn't even know what Murrey gets from the back room! It's a secret between the two men. Murrey will then come out of the back room, thank Griffin, and then leave.

Nami is rather easy to marry if you have a good amount of money, or a kitchen. First you need to buy about 50 grape juices or make them yourself. Give one to her about five times a week or more (or less), it depends on what you'd rather do. Grape juice gives her 500 love points!

Nami:

No one seems to be around when you enter the Inn, so you ring the counter's bell enough times to annoy Nami from inside the Kitchen. She was busy cooking in the back. Ruby has left to run errands so Nami is looking after the Inn. Tell her that you've come to stay for the night.

Nami chuckles at your request since you're already living in the valley. She's not even angry at your little joke. Nami says she doesn't mind watching over the Inn because she is indebted to Ruby, even though guests don't appear very often.

Meet up with Ruby at the Inn. She says Nami wanted to know when you showed up, so Ruby calls for Nami from the bottom of the staircase. Ruby suddenly has some work to do in the kitchen and she takes her leave.

Nami come down from the 2nd floor and mentioned she did have something she wanted to ask you. She doesn't know how to run a farm but it seems to be interesting, so she would like to learn various things about farming. Tell her "Sure" and you'll show her how to brush and milk. When you're finished, Ruby will come out from the kitchen and Nami tells her she learned a lot.

» Wake up in the morning

As soon as you get out of bed you will hear a knock on your door. There's someone at the door asking if she can come in to make a request. If you allow the person to "come in" it turns out to be Nami. She explains that she is indebted to Ruby for her kindness and she wants to give her a little present. She had 3 things picked out but she's limited to one of them. Nami asks if love should influence her decision. Tell her "leave it to me" and she'll thank you.

Nami tells you she wants to cook her a meal, give her an unusual ore, or a unique ring. Which ever one you choose will be fine with her at this point. After you pick your choice for Ruby's gift, Nami will thank you and leave.

Yellow Heart Event

At your door Nami says she just happened to be passing by and wants to know if it would be too much trouble if the two of you could hang out for a bit. Tell her it's no problem (#2) and she suggests you go to the beach.

As you watch the waves, Nami mentions how the wind in the valley is special. She's traveled around a lot and each place has a different atmosphere. The wind in Forget-Me-Not is kind and warm, just like the people who live there. You will naturally agree with her.

Afterwards Nami will take you back to your house and thank you for your company.

To win Nami's heart give her grape juice or curry in spring, fall, and winter. Give her wild grapes in the summer. Her all time fave gratin can be accepted in all seasons.

Beach Wedding:
At the beach you'll have a wedding with Thomas and the Sprites. A random villager (male or female) will be acting as your bride. You will shake your head "no" when Thomas asked your half of the ceremony but since it's just a dream your objections are useless.

Hiding in Mukumuku:
You will dream of Mukumuku alone in a tent, when suddenly Murrey comes out from under all of Muku's fur! It was hot under there and he was glad to escape until he heard someone coming. Quickly he scurries back into Mukumuku's fur to hide from the person entering the tent.

The Circus:
The circus tent is full of everyone from the valley. Barney looks around the place and tells Mimi that for once their tent appears to be crowded.

Two Sisters:
Out at the pond the Goddess is waiting for Witch to show up. When Witch finally does she refers to the Goddess as her sister, and reminds her that today is the Goddess' birthday! Witch gives the Goddess a Da-chan bear as a gift and then drags her off to go eat some birthday cake she made.

Battle With Karen:
Just like in More Friends of Mineral Town you'll dream of a battle against the evil girl, Karen. She doesn't think you're at a high enough level to beat her. You insist on your rematch anyway and attack, but your move was too weak and did little damage. Karen mocks you and retaliates with her "Secret Glamorous Princess" attack, which sends you flying across the beach.

As Karen gloats over you lack of power, you use the last bit of your strength and begin to channel it into your hands. Karen wonders where your new strength has come from and believes you still don't have the power to beat her. Just at that moment Mary runs into the scene and insists the two of you don't have to fight. It's too late though because you've launched your "White Lily Sisters" attack at Karen, but you wake up before you get to see the damage it causes.

Opening sequence:
Did your game restart from the beginning?! No, it's just a dream. Thomas welcomes you to the valley and goes through his entire "I'm the new shipping man" speech. This time you don't have to worry about calling off your dog when he attacks Thomas.

So if you want just one cow but can't be bothered to feed it, just read on!
Gather lots of wood and stones and ceep them.
Ask Gotz to bild a animal barn, when he has completed the barn ring up the yodel ranch and buy a cow. now ring up Gotz again and ask him to demolish the barn, if he acepts, move your cow out of the barn, and make a pen with the bits of wood and stone by placing them on the groung on your farm, now make sure there is a small space so you can push your cow inside it. block the entrance with a pice of left over stone and make sure you have lots of cow medicen.
note: this cheats works with ANY animal on your farm.

As you walk in you'll find Celia happily cleaning the kitchen. She becomes startled when you sneak up behind her and accidentally breaks Vesta's favorite serving dish! Oops...

Vesta then comes into the house and welcomes you. She then notices that the two of you look sad. "Tell the truth" to Vesta about her broken plate. Vesta doesn't believe a broken plate should cause this much trouble for Celia, and she thanks you for telling her the honest story. Celia tries to apologize but Vesta is not too concerned about it so she should cheer up.

» Walk from Main Path to Goddess Pond
» 3:40 pm to 6:00 pm, not Monday

While walking up the path Celia will catch up to you. She noticed that you were heading to the pond and she wants to go with you. Celia asks if you would join her so respond with "go with her".

At the pond Celia asks if you knew that a legendary Goddess lived in the pond. She thinks the story is strange but you disagree. She smiles because she's not the only one who believes the legend. When she was younger she was sickly, so she could never go out and play with the other kids. When she grew up she got better. Sometimes she begins to feel weak again and wonders if she's really getting better. Celia comes to the pond to wish for the Goddess to help her heal faster. You don't think her wish is childish at all, and Celia thanks you before going back home.

» Dr.Hardy's clinic

Celia is at the clinic getting a checkup. Hardy tells her that she's getting better because the environment in the valley is good for her health. He also mentions she's recently become quite pretty. Celia blushes and tells him he's just saying so but thanks him none the less. Hardy asks her if there are any boys that she likes, which causes her to blush again.

You will then walk into the Clinic. Hardy explains he was just doing an exam. Celia brushes it off and lets you know there's nothing to worry about. Hardy notices her face has turned red and asks if she's okey. He then realizes that she's blushing because you're there and asks if you have a girlfriend. Tell Hardy that you're single ("no"). Hardy for some reason thinks that's good, but Celia gets embarrased and tells him she's going home. As she leaves she blushes at you again.

Griffin welcomes you to his establishment and mixes you up a drink. Celia arrives to deliver some vegetables and hands them over to Griffin. He thanks her for the delivery and takes them out back.

Celia mentions that you two are the only ones there and asks if you have anything interesting to say. Tell her all about the farm life (not about the other girls!) and she will be impressed. Celia has to return to her own farm but she wants to hear more about your own farm again some day.

Muffy

Visit the bar and Muffy will start to ask you questions about what kind of girls you like. If you tell her that you like "cheerfull and pretty" girls, then she will be happy and mix you up a drink. The drink itself doesn't taste very good, but it's the thought that counts.

Walk to the beach area on a rainy day and you'll overhear Muffy yelling. She is angry and pacing back and forth when you meet up with her. Muffy wants your advice and asks if you would listen to her. Tell her that you will and she'll start explaining.

Muffy heard from her parents that they are planning on setting her up on a blind date. They sent her a photograph of the man and she is not interested in seeing him. She asks you what she should do. Suggest that she "meet him and turn him down". Muffy agrees that it would of been wrong of her to completely ignore him and it would be more polite to tell the guy herself.

(In the Japanese version Muffy's parents were trying to arrange her marriage with the help of a match maker, not set her up on a blind date. The photograph was for the match maker. This is a common thing for parents to do in Japanese conservative society.)

Visit Muffy at the bar during the evening. Griffin makes all of the bar's drinks, and she would like to help out more. Griffin has made the drinks before, so Muffy thinks she can make her own new drink concoction! This should be interesting, especially after the drink she made you before. Muffy senses your reluctance and asks for your assistance.

Behind the counter she begins to mix things together. She asks you to pick the last ingredient to add to the drink. Suggest she adds milk and she'll finish the mixture. Muffy gives you a taste and this time it tastes pretty good! Muffy will see if Griffin will add it to the bar's menu.

After this event you'll find Moo Milk for sale at the bar.



Yellow Heart Event

» 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, Summer season, sunny day

Muffy will greet you as you leave your house. Today's weather is good so she suggests the two of you go out somewhere, perhaps a d-a-t-e? Tell her you'll go out on a date and the two of you go out to the Goddess Pond.


At the pond Muffy lets you know that this pretty pond is said to be sacred. She's glad to know that you feel the same about this spot. Muffy decides it's time to go to a new spot on your date.

You'll visit Kai at his summer food booth and he notices you two appear to be on a date. Kai says it'll be his treat so you get some food. Once your meal is over you both return to your farm. It's the first time that Muffy's enjoyed a date with a boy.

Flora

» 11:00 pm to 12:00 am

Walk into the excavation site and no one will be inside. You will overhear Flora talking outside. She thinks there's someone in the site and by golly she's going to confront him! Flora bursts into the site, ready to attack, so make sure you "watch for a bit" to see what she is going to do. She warns you to be careful because there is a suspicious, shadowy person around somewhere.

Flora then realizes that you're the person that she's talking about. She apologizes for talking bad about you but it was dark and she couldn't see very well. Flora asks why you've come to the site so tell her you'll "walk her home". She'll be glad that you're there to take her home. You'll walk her back to the tent.

Walk into the Inn to find Ruby and Flora talking back and forth. Flora keeps asking Ruby what happened to the item she liked. Ruby doesn't sell it anymore. That's when you walk in. Flora wants you to hear what this store has done!

Flora says she use to come here for her favorite Ancient Herb drink and suddenly it's not here anymore. Flora asks what you think. Ask her if perhaps she can get it from a different store and Ruby remembers that she heard it was for sale over at the Blue Bar. Now Flora is is mad and drags you out to the bar.


At the Bar Griffin confirms that what she is looking for is at their place and not at the Inn. Muffy gives Flora her drink and she gulps it down. Oh hey, maybe you would like drink too? Flora gives you a glass of her favorite drink and it's not exactly to your liking. You turn red-faced and start acting incredibly drunk! Griffin asks that Flora take you back home.

When you finally come to Flora is trying to figure out what happened. Other people have had the same drink and have not been affected the same way you were. She apologizes for the situation and since you're feeling better she's going to go home. At least she know now what store sells her favorite drink.



Blue Heart Event
» Walk from Vesta's Farm to Waterfall Area
» 11:20 pm to 12:00 am, not Sunday, sunny day

As you walk towards the excavation site, you'll find Flora and Carter talking in front of their tent. Flora had found something earlier and she hands it over to Carter, who exclaims that it's a great find! Flora's fossil appears to be some sort of treasure map. Flora wants to go search for the treasure now, but Carter has some business he must attend to. Luckly for them you arrive and Carter asks if you would search with Flora. Tell them you will search and the two of you go out into the night while Carter leaves for his errand.


The two of you end up at what appears to be a dead end. Flora asks that you dig at this spot anyway and the ground begins to shake.

Back at your house, Flora says that what you two found was actually a hot spring. It's not a treasure, but she'll ask Gotz to build a shed for it

» 7:30 am to 8:00 pm, not Tuesday, sunny day

Flora is walking around talking to herself inside of the dig site. She is thinking about you and mumbles about not understanding how to associate with boys. That "other" person is a little dull for her tastes. Every time she thinks of you she blushes.

She then turns around to find you standing at the entranceway! Flora response defensively and asks what you are doing. Tell her you just showed up (as though you are innocent of hearing her conversation) and she'll apologize for yelling at you.

Lumina

Black Heart Event
» Romana's mansion
» 7:30 pm to 8:00 pm

An argument erupts between Lumina and her grandmother. Sebastian is having a problem getting the two of them to compromise and asks for your assistance. Neither one of the girls wants your help at first, but Lumina suggests that you can settle their problem for them.

Lumina was worried about her Grandmother's health, so she made her a present. When she gave it to Romana everyone was happy until Romana opened the gift. Romana did not like what she was given, even if Lumina had spent the time to make her a "belly warmer" (haramaki). Romana says only old people use belly warmers and she is not old! They begin to argue again.

Lumina asks you who is in the wrong. Tell them that Sebastian is wrong, and he'll chuckle and admit that it's all his fault. The two girls realize they're being silly and Romana thanks her granddaughter for the gift.

When you awake in the morning, Lumina will come by for a visit. She apologizes for coming so early but she had heard from someone that you have purchased a DVD Player. She is really interested in checking it out. Go ahead and "show her" the DVD Player.

When you leave the tree you spot Lumina looking around the ground. She is glad to see you and explains she has dropped something important. Lumina asks if you will look for it with her.

Agree to search with her and Lumina explains she had dropped a heirloom necklace. The two of you take a look around the Goddess Pond. Eventually you find the necklace and return it to Lumina. She is glad that her grandmother won't be mad at her now. She thanks you, blushes, and then heads back to the mansion.

Upstairs in her room Lumina is looking out her window for Van. She thought you were the jolly peddler when you entered her room, but she's not disappointed to see you. Lumina tells you that after she saw your dvd player she had Sebastian call up Van for a visit.

Van finally arrives and asks Lumina if she wanted to order something. Lumina begins to explain about how she wanted a dvd player like your's, but Van suddenly looks distressed. He explains that you had bought the last one! It's up to you now, so Van takes his leave.

Lumina is sad that she can't have her own dvd player, so tell her that it's okey for her to go to your house to watch your player. That makes her very happy.

The Painting, part 1

Walk into Romana's bedroom and she'll be looking at the nice painting above her fireplace mantle. Romana asks if you've ever heard of a painter named Jeff. When you admit to not knowing, she figures you probably don't know because he lives in Mineral Town. Romana is going to tell you about him anyway.

Jeff lives in the other village and he is in charge of the General Store. He is a timid person and always let people buy merchandise on credit. Even the person in charge of the Winery bullies him around! Jeff is good at painting though, and he became well known after he won a contest. After that a lot of people went to his store to buy the painting but he never sold it since it came from his heart.

Romana had asked Jeff to paint something for her and he had. It's the same painting that is above her fireplace mantle. She also has no intention of ever selling his artwork.

The Painting, part 2

Visit the mansion for some chit-chat with Romana. While talking back and forth Karen will come in for a visit. She heard that Jeff's Painting was here, and it is, but Romana has no plans to sell it. That's okey with Karen since she's just here to view it. Romana is fine with that but she wants to know why Karen wants to take a look at it. Karen says it's because Jeff is her ancestor!

Romana is delighted to meet one from Jeff's family. She warmly welcomes Karen to go into her room to take a look at the painting

After the event you will appear back inside your farmhouse.

Hold your pet(dog or cat) and talk to someone, thus showing them the dog/cat, and then their friendship will go up 1 point. You can keep doing this over and over and over again. Muffy is the only one that does not like the dog.

EDIT::: Hugh doesn't like the dog either. He's afraid of them.

Whistle to your pets. Then run away form them, the will come after you like playing tag!

If you're having trouble with playing the 6:01 game, there's an easy way to play it. As soon as you get into the starting screen, pause the game by pressing the START button on your DS. Now get a piece of paper and write down the directions the girls are facing. Now press START again and wait for it to ask you how many girls are facing a certain direction. You'll have the paper with the answers on it!

((Note: To play this game, as soon as you wake up in Harvest Moon exit your house and enter back in immediatly, and go to the records shelf. You SHOULD be able to play the game. It has to be exactly 6:01 to play, and pretty much every minute is a second in this game.))

I bet you've heard that if your animals are sick and die, people will start to dislike you. This is true but also if you'r animal dies of old age they also start to dislike you. I was married and had a son and 1 cow diedand my wife's(Muffy XD)heart went red to orange! I was soooo mad. But luckly I saved the day before so I reloaded and sold it before it died. But if you refuse to sell it you can also save every day and reload if it dies.

Since she doesn't get any training from her brother or mom, Popuri has latched onto Takakura. She visits his house every Sunday to learn all about chickens. Late at night she'll return back to her room at the Inn. Popuri stays in Takakura's house when he leaves in the afternoon, and unfortunatly he locks the door behind him.

Her mom and brother don't seem to want to teach her anything so that's why Tak is spending his free time with her.

Rick's argument is that Popuri makes too many mistakes with money, won't sell her favorite birds, and forgets to feed them. Popuri feels if she works really hard at it she can do just fine. Tell her "if you try, it'll work out" but Rick feels the opposite is true. Popuri tells him she'll start working hard tomorrow and Rick thinks their mom is going to get mad at him for allowing it.

Ruby notices that you're hungry when you visit the kitchen. As she gets ready to make something to eat, Popuri enters the kitchen. Ruby had made her mom some snacks, and she is here to learn how to make them herself. Ruby gets the idea to have Popuri make the snacks and you can eat them, since you're hungry after all.

Popuri's skills at cooking don't seem to be very good. Popuri apologizes and figures you couldn't eat something like this. Tell her "I'll eat with pleasure!" and you'll consume the burnt snacks anyway. Ruby and Popuri are both impressed.

When you finally get to the red heart with Celia and you buy the blue feather and propose she will say "sorry but I don't feel that way right now". But don't give up. (if you search for Harvest Moon DS on youtube.com and click on Celia's wedding proposal you'll see that she comes to your house to accept the proposal later.

You know how petting all of your sheep and cows takes a long time? I figured a way around that. If you go to the Harvest Sprite TV menu(the little tv icon), you won't go through dialogue while petting animals. All you have to do is click "a" next to them and move on with life. Hope I helped!

Well you know how when your animal shed gets destroyed in the hurricanes or storms. Instead why not try hiding them in the horses stable. I've only tryed doing this with the chickens but I'm not shure it will work with sheep or cows. (Your horses stable can not be destroyed 4 those of u wondering.)

first if you watch the weather channel, and it says there's going to be a storm, put all your chickens and ducks in the stable, then, before you go to bed, save. the next day, look at your map square to see if any of your barns have fallen. if they have, reload the game, then look again, it should still be standing. it worked for me. hope it helps.

Okay in winter do the billon dollar cheat and buy the money tickets then redo the billon dollar cheat wait till thomas comes to ask you to buy the iland and say yes then yes buy the cottage. When van comes sell the tickets you bought from Jet after that you should close to a billon dollars.

To get rid of stones, logs and weeds quickly, grab one item and then toss it on top of another item. keep doing this until there is none left. Then get rid of the last one properly. No more junk!

To save the trees, I put 2 rows of stone arond my trees,and they are ptoected.

You know how when there\'s a harsh storm and there\'s a chance your sheds or barns will be destroyed? I hate when I would loose my stones, lumber, golden lumber, or mushrooms. So i got at least a 2 page rucksack and put all my wood, stones, golden lumber, and mushrooms in my sack. This depends on how many wood, mushrooms, rocks, and golden lumber you have. This tip works best for poorer people who can\'t afford to get golden lumber sheds and barns. Hope I helped.

Don't kill your animals!! If you do then People will start to hate you exept the witch princess and i think someone else no sure... I tried killing my animal in a shed and when i talked to muffy her heart was orange instead of red! So don't kill your animals!!!!

It is possible to build your builings out of cheap fodder without is collapsing on your animals and killing them. Save your game every night before you go to bed. If one morning your friend comes in to tell you that your animals have died, turn off the ds and then turn it back on. Go to bed again and your animals will be alive.

If you say yes then you go to Gotz the woodcuter and you will see cottage you click yes and he will build you a cottage. well i bet your wondering were is the cottage and how do i get to it.well you go down to the beach and and walk on the log,face the boat and click a. the tough screen will then ask you to go to 2 places. one of them is your island.if you pick island then you walk like a hill of stairs(when you get there) and enter you cottage and there will be a small coffee table 2. you can live their to escape your town and can go to sleep.When you wake up you will still be in your cottage. to go back to the valley you will have to go back in the boat and you will be home!!

The first mine only contains copper silver Gold mistril moonstones and Adamantite and it has 10 floors.

The second mine contains many juels such as Dimonds topaz pink Dimonds and Alexandrite, plus on the last floor (The 255 floor)if you distroy all the monsters a gient bolder will blow up, and you will be able to go throught the path it blocks. This will lead you to the legendary sword.

The third mine is very like the first one but it goes on for a long time. I'm still trying to get throught it at this point in time so I cant give you too much information exept than its longer than 500 levels.

There are 3 of the Watering team sprites hidden in the ground on other crop fields in the valley. They are Chorori, Eviran, and Owen. Each person's game has these 3 points randomly generated, so it will be different locations for everyone who plays HMDS. The "secret square" sprites are not located on your own farmland, in the basements, or behind the waterfall. To find a secret square sprite you must clear the field of debris, till the soil, and then use your watering can on the fresh soil. If a sprite is hidden on that spot then it will appear. There are 12 valley-located fields to till up and sprinkle water on. You don't have to plant any seeds, just
water the dirt. The secret squares will not move from day-to-day so there is no need to backtrack and water a field you have already covered. It's easier to find the secret squares when you have high level tools. It takes less effort to clear, till, and water the fields when you can swing
and cover 30 squares at one time.

well if you want to be a good farmer follow this guide:

start of by chomping sticks,smashing stones and collecting weeds[dont throw weeds away ship them for 1g cuz if you throw them down it counts as littering]then ship them and collect wild flowers/plants that grow and then ship them.do the whole town
it will take about 7-20 days to do this including your farm.

then go to the mines with your hammer equiped at 8pm and carter will open the first mine and you can get copper,gold,mysthrille and silver from smashing the rocks then defeat the monster at the end.
you can also use your hoe to get items like choker/necklace.

so thats some simple stuff that will help in your game and earn some money before you start looking after crops or livestock

To earn more than 10000000 you need to follow this before you do you need to have at least 1 basement.

During the day dont pass out in the town or in any deep mines they will lower your cash.

Have alot of livestock and fresh produce growing through out all 4 seasons or 3 if you dont have a basement.

collect all the town lot produce growing in any lot.

Keep on collecting stones and twigs and that way when you need to buy a shed or barn you can save money easily.

First become super rich in medals. Then By the most expensive thing, Godhand. Van (oopen on any day that ends with a 3 or 8) will buy it for about 500 000 000. Then Go back and get all the medals again and buy another Godhand. Sell It to van who will then buy it for about 600 000 000.

Okay, on HMDS van sells and buys stuff at the Inner Inn on dates of the season ending with three's and eight's. Well if you go and collect all weed's you can cary in the valley then sell them to him.... ussually when you put the weed's in the shipping box you only get one G well depending on the amount og weeds you have he will give you TONS of money!! (I got bored and decided to pick up all the weed's in the vlley and I was curious to see how much I could make selling him weed's) It's really easy....

Ship Wild Grasses:
There are 10 fields in the valley and each one can sprout colored wild grasses every day. The grasses are 1 G or more a piece, and you're bound to find at least 10 a day.

Sell Casino Prizes:
After Spring 08, you can unlock the Sprite Casino in the backroom of the Sprite Company Tree. You may have to exchange some of your Gold for Medals, but when you start earning more Medals via the card games you can spend the Medals on prizes. The cheapest item you can earn is the Teleport Stone for 1000 Medals, and then the Truth Bangle for 2000 Medals. Trade your Medals for the items and wait for Van to set up shop at the Inn on every 3rd and 8th day of the season. Van will give you about 5000 G for the Teleport Stone, and at least 11,000 G for the Truth Bangle! Once you sell them to Van they will reappear at the Casino, so you can repeat the process all over again. Even the Red Cloak for 65,535 Medals can be sold to Van for over 400,000 G.

Save/Reload at the Excavation Site:
If you take your Hoe to the ground inside the excavation site, you can find small bags of money (3 - 10 gold each) and jewelry that sells for 2000 G a piece. When you dig in the ground you exhaust your Stamina and get very few pieces of jewelry to sell for all the work you do.

To conserve your Stamina, enter the excavation site and then save your game. Start digging around until you find a piece of jewelry (Earrings, Broach, Bracelet, or Necklace), then reload your saved game. After you have reloaded just walk to the spot in the excavation site where you found the jewelry and dig it up with one hit of your Hoe. Then just save your game again, dig around until you find another piece, and reload just like before. Every time you exit the excavation site the items in the ground will reset. You could spend the whole day digging up little jewels of 2000 G and not exhaust yourself! You can also find Skin Lotion, Sunblock, Facial Pack, and Dress that sell for about 50 G each.

Sell fish to Van:
Seems as though Van has a thing for small fish. Normally you can ship the fish for 50 G each to Thomas, but if you sell them to Van when he is in town you can earn about 250 G per fish

1 Billion G glitch:
During the winter season, hire the Fishing team to work at the Ocean. Each day they are working you have a chance of randomly being rewarded with 1 billion gold. You only have to check your Farm Assets screen to see if you have magically been gifted.

Vesta will enter the Inn to chat with Ruby, but she doesn't appear to be around. Before Vesta can leave to go home, Van comes into the lobby for a bit. Vesta greets him with a comment about his weight! Van remarks she's just the same as he is. Vesta replies she's become thinner but Van can't see any difference. It doesn't matter if she eats more vegetables, she needs to eat less food. Van brags that he only eats 2 hamburgers for a meal, so Vesta asks him if he knows how many calories that is.

Van doesn't know, but he proposes the next time they meet at the Inn they will have a weight-match. Vesta accepts his challenge and the two of them leave.

I decided to marry Keria and it was a very big challenge. Anyone else who decides to marry her should fallow what I did because it was close to the most successful.

First I only gave her items such as Summer, Spring, Fall, and Winter Suns instead of being smart and giving her Golden Lumber her favorite item. If you are rich and have a lot of money then I would suggest you give her golden lumber everyday you go to see her but if your not like I was then just give her ores, and jems that you can break away from rocks on your journey down to see her.

The Steps

1. Make sure you have a kitchen and all the utensils needed with it before you even decide to go down and start a relationship with Keria. Then collect all kinds of grasses and do not sell them. Keep them in your refrigerator until needed. I suggest using the white, purple, blue, and indigo grasses to use when going down the mines. Also make recipes that will reduce your fatigue and raise your stamina such as Baked Yam's or Strawberry Milk. These worked the best for me along with the grasses.

2. I traveled down through the third mine everyday with at-least 6 or more grasses and at-least 4 recipes in my rucksack. Everyday I went to see Keria and I was the most successful with this.

3. I used the save/reload trick too without this I would have gotten nowhere. This is what I did, once I got into the mines and I was like on the 1-10th floor I ran around until I fell down a hole. From there I ate something to recover some stamina and reduce some of my fatigue. When I was at about 150-200th floor I would save then find another hole and ether turn my game off or I would keep going until I was around 245-254th floor. I would first save on the 254th floor then I would go down to the 255th and fight off all the monsters. Once they were all dead the rock would break allowing me access to Keria.

I did this everyday until Keria was officially at a red heart and available for marriage. I also got really tired of the mines but I eventually just got used to them. And I discovered that my fatigue would never raise up if I still had some stamina left whenever I fell down a hole. So for example I would eat something and my stamina would be at 20/0 and then I would fall down a hole and maybe be at level 184 and my stamina would all be gone but my fatigue would still be at zero! Finding this out really helped a lot and it was great. From there everything became very easier and I had a very easy time getting to Keria from then on out.

when giving a miracle potion to sheep the cannot be shorn or else it will just be a waste of money. i suppose that u cant haf milked the cow to be successfull.

I'm not sure if this is a glitch in my game but i was at 55,000G when all of a sudden i checked my money (after not spending anything) and i had only 28,000G!!! Is that not odd or what? I just wanted to warn u to BE CAREFUL about glitches in your game and to save OFTEN!

To water any tile, all you need is the necklace you start out with. Equip the necklace and go to the map. Tap on the tile you want to water and it will magically be watered. Using this can let yougrow crops on every tile on your farm. This cheat also works with other tools like the axe, hammer, and hoe. A basement is recommended while using this cheat so you can refill your watering can without wasting time.

OK in this cheat you have to upgrade your watering can to the next level. When you have done that go up to your crops and hold on to the Y button, let go and it will water 6 squares not 1. And I think that if you upgrade again it will water all the 3x3 squares. But I havent tried it yet! lol!

if you have 60 harvest sprites and rescued the harvest goddess, then go to the sprite tree and and go to the upper left hand corner. there will be bigg pots there and in front of the pots push the a button and POOOOF! theres ur white baby sprite.

In winter collect all the white grass as it boosts your stamina by 10!! it really helps in the mines and its free!

First when it is the cooking festival day, save the game after ten o'clock before you go into the cooking festival.
keep going into the festival and talk to the Judge. Then, if the judge says it is N/A cook elli leaves. If it isn't N/A, turn the DS off and keep entering and talking to the judge until it is N/A.

The recipe is:
a burnt dish from all the categories,
a Bodigizer XL,
and a Thunderjolt XL.
Cook them all in N/A.

Witch Princess

She is the Harvest Goddess' playful rival, but a spell miscalculation lead to the Goddess' disappearance. In an attempt to fix the problem Witch sent the Sprites off in a similar fashion. Now she spends her days inside of her hut next to Romana's mansion, brooding over her books and cauldron.

The Witch Princess does not appear to be marriageable in the North American version of HMDS due to bugs introduced in the localization coding. Witch does not recognize the animals that you have killed off, so the requirement can not be met.

Black Heart Event

When leaving the house you'll hear a strange sound. The chanting is coming from the hut next door. Inside you'll find Witch regretting sending the Goddess off, but she was just trying to make michief! The Goddess is too sensitive. She then notices that you were standing there listening to her rant. Witch asks if you feel the same about the Goddess. Tell the Witch "I'm fed up" and the Witch will be happy.

Exit the Sprite Company Tree and you'll see the Witch by the Goddess Pond. She calls you over and explains that she's trying to talk to the Goddess. Witch is looking to burn some free time so she secretly made a laughing potion to pour into some tea, and then invited the Goddess to her tea party. The Goddess won't come to her party! Witch is pretty frustrated with the Goddess ruining her fun.

If you agree with the Witch (Sou Omou) you'll make her happy. Since the Goddess doesn't appear to want to leave the Pond, Witch decides to go home.

For this event to take place, you will need to do several not-so-nice things that will impact your relationships with the rest of the villagers. Every time you allow an animal to die, you litter, or donate a P.Mushroom, your friendship with the other people will drop significantly. On the other hand, the Witch is not affected by your naughtyness so there will be no negative impact on her Love and Friendship Points.

Walk into the Witch's hut and you'll find her talking to herself. She has some free time again and is trying to decide who to invite over. The Goddess has declined her invitation (of course) and Witch finds the Sprites too annoying with their "budum budum" phrase. The only one left is you, but she's too embarrassed to ask you.

Witch will turn around and notice that you've been listening to her the entire time. She will ask if you would like to hang out with her. Tell her that you would. Witch then realizes she doesn't have as much free time as she thought she had, but she thanks you for your time anyway.

Visit the Witch's hut again and you'll find her standing over her brew pot. She is incredibly happy that after 200 years she's finally perfected her Dream Potion. Witch is really hyped to try it out!

Unfortunately she can't drink it herself so she needs to find a test subject. That's when she notices that you've come for a visit. The Witch asks if you would like something to drink, and offers up the potion. If you agree to drink it and Witch will intently watch you to check for a reaction. The potion is a success but Witch doesn't seem to appreciate the results! Luckily she remembers a spell to reverse the affects and quickly casts it on you. Once you've returned to your normal state of mind, Witch will thank you for helping her collect data on her potion.

Additional Info

You will need to have given her at least 10,000 presents before Witch will accept your feather. You can give multiple gifts in a day to reach this goal, but you can't hand her a stack of 99 items and expect the game to count all 99 at once. The gifts have to be given one at a time so this will take a while. The presents you give her to increase her heart color also count towards the 10,000 gift goal.

There isn't a lot of things that Witch doesn't like. You could give her flour (50 G each), fish (free), or even weeds! If you don't want to stand there and give her something one-at-a-time you can show her one of your pets instead.

If you plan on marrying the Witch Princess or Harvest Goddess, your game must have no glitch at the New Year's Festival.

How will you know? Well, if you receive Buckwheat Flour instead of Buckwheat Noodles, that means you can go and "woo" the Witch Princess or Harvest Goddess. (Then, eventually marry of course)

I got this from Fogu. Sometimes when you ship a rock or a weed through your horse you can't run,and it looks like your holding items when your not.You'll be a Zombie.

If you go into your bird shed on Harvest Moon ds, Try and put an egg in the
incubator. If it works, You'll notice that it flies in the air and then you see it on the incubator. Its not helpful but its funny.

When you're playing HM for a long time the game might freeze about a second but here's a way to avoid it:

1.Always save before heading to the bed
2.Do not save and load multiple times in one game time...

And here's a remedy about it:

1.do not go outside until a festival hits

If you have reached the bottom of a mine and wish to get the next one, you have to wait until at least 7:00 p.m. I just found a way to get it sooner! I'm trying to marry flora, so when I walked in to give her a gif at 00:00, instead of entering the digsite I triggered the cut scene to get the second mine!!!! HOPE THIS HELPS!!(:

This is a glitch, but also a useful cheat. Brush your horse/ animals. I\'ve heard it only works on your horse. As you see you brushing your horse, change to the sheerer. You shoul get a small wool. I\'m unsure if you can do it more then once, but even wool once a day is great.

this cheat is great. however. it only works on american versions of the game. i have an american version and an english version. this cheat only works on the american version.

If you make friends with Griffin, (255 friend meter) then you'll have a scene with him! It's weird I know, but if you want to try it then you can do this.

P.S. This is the way I did it. The last part is a little silly, but I know it works for sure if you do it that way.

First, take your dog with you to the bar. Go into Griffin's room and if you're not already friends with him keep showing the dog to Griffin until you have 255 points. You can only know this for sure unless you have a love bangle, or you're willing to do the math in your head. Each time you show the dog to him you earn five friendship points. Then leave the room and come back in and you shoud have a scene. I don't know what it's for, but it works. It works on Sundays around noon.

PPS the way i did it for real was I forgot my dog there. lol!
