To get lots of ammo use the inf healt cheat and kill the police to get ammo.
to get rid of wanted level just save 5 times or more.Or you can just kill the residents but the effect is still the same.

Bulletproof Taxi!
Complete dropping off 15 people in a row without the timer running out, and all taxi's will become bulletproof when you're in them.

While in a car hold Y and B together. Smoke will come out then let go of Y button and keep holding B. leaves a trail of fire. when people go near the fire they catch of fire <img src="http://i.neoseeker.com/d/icons/smile.gif" border=0 vspace=2 alt="" /> only works on fast, powerful cars and bikes.

Free toll booth.
Hate having to drive slowly throught the toll booth just to pay?? Well all you have to do is drive fast up to the booth and press X at the right time to jump out of your car and let it to roll through and collect it on the other side! A bit time consuming, but at least you save $5!!!

Get a Car w/out Getting Wanted!
1)Get a nightstick(or just use your fists), then
2)Find the car you want(on foot).
3)Catch up to it and repeatedly smack it w/ your weapon.
4)The driver will eventually get out.
5)Get into the car.
To the police it looks like you're getting into your own car!
[NOTE:] If the car is bright red or bright green(sometimes yellow), the person in the car is a gangster, and you should prepare to be attacked!

Glitches with taxies.
Tired of geting wanted and get chased by copers here a hint.
First get in a taxi and click on any place were you wont to go then get out of the taxi and kick the driver out of the taxi and get in then before you go any were look at your Gps on the bottom screen and there should be a red line going were you wont to go. Then go to your destionation and there you go. Only works with any taxi. And there you go you can save a lot of money and not get chased by cops that much.

Rhino
The way you can Rhino without buying it. Easy, first go to side-mission in Airport with Rhino in it. First get in Rhino,Second get out from Rhino,Third get in while the "Mission Failed" screen still appear. Enjoy destroying city!

Stealing vehicles without gaining wanted level
This hint takes away the need to hotwire cars or getting the cops on you for nicking a car/bike.
Car:
To steal a car, be on foot and find a car you want. Have your weapon as fists, (the nightstick and other short-ranged weapons may work better). Walk to the car and start punching it. After a while the driver will get out. You then can get in and the cops won't get you for stealing a car!
Note: Be careful you don't kill the driver as he/she gets out, then you'll get a wanted level. Also cars may contain gang members who will try and kill you for hitting the car.
Bike:
Use the hint above to get a car. Then ram the back on the bike you want. This will knock the biker off. Then get out of the car and on the bike.
(This is only useful if you NEED/WANT a bike. As you have a car to get the bike) Another way is to punch the biker off. (This also works with baggage carriers at the airport)
I don't think the car trick works on the Ammu-nation trucks though. But I haven't really tried yet.
Taxi cheat
When you get in the taxi click you destionanation then get out then get out and then kick the driver out and get in the drivers side and there you go u got a free ride.

Mission Walkthrough
If your stuck on the mission "Flatliner" i can help you.
I have completed this mission several times, once normally and once with help.
1. "Help"
When you steal the ambulance from Francis Intl. Airport you will first get a one-star wanted level.
Instead of driving through the gates and getting a three-star wanted level turn around and drive the other way.
Stay in the airport until you think the police r far enough.
Then enter the lower-wanted level cheat.
Wait until the grey stars disserpere.
Then ur free to go too the house with the guy beginning with Z.
I think its Zhou.
2. "Normal"
When you get a 3 star wanted level drive slowly (well faster than the cops).
All the noose, FIB and police will be going fast and hit walls and the like.
Jsut watch out 4 the chopper.
Then when you get no stars ur free.
P.S if ur a bit bad a multi-tasking, ask a freind to do the reviving on the russian Uri.

Taxi Menu Glitch
When you've hailed a Taxi and are able to decide where your destination is, choose favourites (the star). They should have a box next to them which tells you how far they are from your current location. You should notice on the left side of the box is a very small line pointing out, parallel to the side of that box. Pushing down in that area (it doesn't have to be precise) will bring up a notice asking if you want to delete that favourite. Say no. You'll then notice that the color for the Taxi menu has completely changed and looks more like your own GPS. This is a slight colour glitch.

Go to any far corner of the map for an underwater message that reads, "Here be Dragons."
Yu Jian (Sword)
You don't need to complete the last mission in the game.
Go to SafeHouse in Chinatown. There Sword is in the Chinatown, if you have gone far like (Lower Easton) you have gone wrong. Search the area of Chinatown and there's a small valley which can be walk by foot and there's ared dumbster.
