okay, u won't find this in a metalize (i think) but u can create the 'justice sword gladius' in the early stages of the game and it will prove to be one of the strongest swords in the start of the game.
Here are the codes:
JUST x4
FIRE x1
IRON x4

To unlock side quests, simply go to the character [whichever one] and talk to them , give them presents and repeat.
If you give them enough presents, talk to them and they will give you a quest.
To check if you can get the quest, just talk to them. It may take a while tho.

By adding as many similar elemental codes (such as fire, forest etc) as possible into an equipment, it will become stronger.

Adding metal codes (such as copper, sliver etc) also help in strengthening the equipment.

The equipment will be weak if you mix elemental codes or mix metal codes though.
