Enter KANNAITO (executive producer of the game) as your registration when starting a new game. This lets you have the Nissan Fairlady from the begining of the game which can help you a lot in later levels because it is extremely fast. TIP: NEVER USE THIS CAR FOR THE MISSION WHERE YOU HAVE TO COLLECT THE HOTDOGS. THE CAR WILL GET STUCK ON THE RAMPS LEADING UP TO THE MAYORS BUILDING! I have only tested this cheat on SUPER RUNABOUT: SF Edition so I have no idea if it will work on the Japanese version.
