Cheats
To use these cheats, enter the Options screen and select the Codes option. Enter the following case sensitive codes to activate the appropriate cheat:

SUPERSTARS	Sega Sports Team	go to the team selection screen to find the new team.
TURBO	Unlock Turbo mode	Turbo mode is selected from the Game Options -> Game Speed menu
DEDMAN	Slow motion mode	Slow motion mode is selected from the Game Options -> Game Speed menu
SQUEEKY	sharp voiced commentator
LARD	Fat players

More player creation points
From the Player Creation points screen, take the creation points down to zero, and then move them back up. You should be able to bump up by another 6-8 creation points.

Best Defensive and best offensive play autoselection
At the play selection screen, press A (x2) to have the computer pick the best play. If you are in defensive, it picks the best defensive play, if you are in offensive, it picks the best offensive play.

Warning: The computer will not pick punt return or field goal in its defensive play, so you do not want to use this cheat on 4th down in the defensive.
