Unlock VMS Monsters for Stadium Battle
You can unlock all monsters in the VMS by going to the VS Battle and selecting the bottom option. Once in this screen, hold X + Y and then press Down on the d-pad and press L + R simultaneously. This individually unlocks up to 44 monster, but only the first 8-10 is held by the VMS. This cheat does not get saved, so it must be repeated with each reload of the game.

Bonus Monsters
You can access these hidden monsters by completing certain monsters, but you can also cheat your way and get them free :P. To cheat, start from the monster selection screen, hold L + R, and then follow the chart below:

Play as Godzilla USA
At the monster selection screen, hold L + R and press any button four times. Alternatively, beat the game with Godzilla 1st.

Play as Mech Godzilla
At the monster selection screen, hold L + R and press any button two times.

Play as Beta Godzilla
At the monster selection screen, hold L + R and press any button three times.

Play as Minilla
At the monster selection screen, hold L + R and press any button five times. Alternatively, beat the game with Godzilla USA.

Play as Dr. Serizawa
At the monster selection screen, hold L + R and press any button six times. Alternatively, beat the game with Minilla.
