Infinite Health
From the title screen, press L + R + Y + A + Left on the analog stick.

Level select
Start from the screen which asks you to Press Start, and press Left, Up, X, Up, Right, Y. The screen should flash, and when you start a new game you will see a Level Select list.

Fireworks
If you complete the game, you will find a new Fireworks selection under the Options screen.

Level Select

At the "Press Start" screen, press Left, Up, X, Up, Right, Y. If you entered the code correctly, the screen will flash. Then, start a new game and a list of levels to choose from will appear.
