Infinite Ammo and Disable Enemy AI
While the game is still loading, or even before starting a game, press and hold L + R + A + B. Once the game loads up, the enemy AI will be disabled (they will not shoot at you, not even bosses) and you your ammo will become infinite (it will run down past zero and into the negatives).

God Mode
While playing a game in single player mode, press L + R + B on controller two to toggle God mode.

Health, ammunition
While playing a game in single player mode, press L + R + X on controller two.

If you press L + R + Y on controller two, you should see health and ammo powerups appear in front of you.

Toggle enemy AI
While playing a game in single player mode, press L + R + A on controller two. Without enemy AI, the enemy will not shoot at you.
