Holiday Easter Egg
Check this out. Load the Dreamcast without a disc, and change the date to a well known holiday from the settings options menus. Now restart the system and load up Ready 2 Rumble. You'll notice that some characters are celebrating the holiday by dressing up with various costumes. Some of the holidays are:

Note that not all the characters will be dressed up, looks like only one character should be in costume. Try more holidays and see what you find.
