Cheat at the Treasure Shop
If you have the Lens of Truth, you can look inside of the chests! This makes it easy to get to the end and win either a Piece of Heart or a Purple Rupee.

Golden Skulltulla hunting
People often are puzzled on when and where hunt this sneaky spiders, they are mostly well hidden, often near the ceiling or behind objects or even inside of them, like in Kakariko Village there is a spider that is well hidden inside a certain box, more often than not the spiders will also be hidden in soft soil, the spots were you use magic beans so having bugs in hand when you are nearing them will help you find them easily.

Master Quest Forest Temple Tip
In Master Quest, when you go in the Forest Temple and find the 2 wolf things, here is a BIG tip to save your hearts! What you do is equip your Hylian Shield, and press R. Then, when they let their guards down and try to hit you, (when you have your shield up) press B and you will jab them! It takes about 4-5 jabs to kill them, but worth saving your hearts!

Shiekah Stones
Having trouble in a dungeon and/or don't know what to do/go? There are two Shiekah Stone in the game to help you get through tough times, located next to your house and inside the Temple Of Time. Just crawl into them to watch a helpful 'vision'/hint. You'll know that there is a new vision if it is bouncing around and glowing.

Un-Break your water temple!
When you go into the water temple, theres a room where you can push or pull a block (2f, south), and if you PULL, you can accidentally lock yourself out of the final key. If this happens, warp to lake Hylia, then go back to the temple. Drop the water level to the lowest point, then warp out again. Go back in, then take a flying leap to the tower, and you should land on the second ledge. From here, you should be able to jump over to the doors, and go around behind the block and get the key.

Not sure if thats the easiest way, but this was the result of 12 hours of trial and error to get this one last key for me.

Bottom of the Water in Zora's Domain.
As a kid, go to Zora's Domain and play the diving game. Do not collect all the rupees. Instead head over to the small piece of land that should have a zora on it. Wait for the timer and jump off the edge so you are in the air when it finishes and you will fall and stand on the bottom of Zora's Domain.

Complete the Gerudo Training Grounds in 20 Seconds.
You have to at least have the hookshot for this to work. Go into the room that you need the small keys for, go to the left corner and do a back flip into it. Immediately take out the hookshot and turn around, if done properly you should be able to hookshot through the wall to the chest.

Invisible Bow While Riding Epona
I discovered this completely by accident.

Kill a Big Poe (any one should work), stop Epona right next to poe. Dismount and if you stopped close enough it should try to initiate the 'Do you want to capture the poe' dialogue, but before it does quickly press A to remount Epona. The Dialogue will then pop up, choose yes. And the camera in a fixed position and your bow is invisible. You cannot control Epona. The only way to fix this glitch is to Save and Quit your game.

Start a new game with the Master Sword
This actually works two ways. You can start the game with Young Link with the Master Sword, OR the Kokiri Sword depending on two things. This is extremely simple. You have to at least have Adult Link and Epona for this to work. Go to Hyrule Field. Call Epona. Get on Epona. Now..if you would like to start a new game with the Master Sword, equip the BigGoron Sword. If you would like to start the game with the Kokiri Sword, equip the Master Sword. Now make sure once your on Epona, do not get off her. Save the game, and press Quit. Now..start a new game. Once your able to walk around, press B to swing your sword, and you'll either have the Master Sword or the Kokiri Sword. Now..it will not SHOW that you have the Master Sword OR the Kokiri Sword in your inventory, or on your equipped items. I've noticed that while your holding the Master Sword, Mido does not let you through to the Deku Tree. Instead, go and get the Kokiri Sword in the Treasure Chest like your supposed to, and he will let you through. You do not have to equip the Kokiri Sword you find in the Treasure Chest if you do not want to. But if you do, your glitched weapon will be gone. The glitched Master Sword doesn't have a spin attack either, so I wouldn't suggest using it all game. It's just something cool to try out.

Different Pitched Ocarina Notes
When you bring out your ocarina, you can push the Circle Pad up to raise the pitch or push the Circle Pad down to lower the pitch of the ocarina's notes. It also works with pressing the up and down buttons on the D-Pad. If you try to play a song that you learned in a higher or lower pitch, however, it will not respond as the song you have (for example, if you play "Zelda's Lullaby" with the high pitch, it will NOT say "You played Zelda's Lullaby").

Paintings are Out, Levels are in
Now, I know you are probably all familiar with the famous kameo that Mario and his pals make in Hyrule castle. If you enter Princess Zelda's room, and look in the right window, you'll see multiple paintings of different characters from the Super Mario series including Mario, Luigi, Peach, Bowser, and so-on so-forth. In the new game for the Nintendo 3DS, instead of there being paintings, there is a brief section of one of the levels in a game. I'm not sure which game, but all there is, is brick blocks along with "?" blocks and pipes and stuff.

Skyward Sword Easter Egg
So we all know about Skyward Sword, out in fall, coming to the Wii? Well so do the Gerudo, as they have a secret poster in their fortress detailing some nice concept art.
To find the poster, you need to either get captured, or Longshot to the platform where you are thrown if you are captured in the Gerudo's Fortress, then jump to the high platform with a hidden entrance into the fortress with 2 Gerudo inside. While there, break the the two crates in the corner to reveal a surprise sneak peek into Skyward Sword.
PS; This is best done after you befriend the Gerudo, otherwise you will have some trouble getting past the 2 Gerudo Guarding their favorite poster.

Virtual Reality check
If you angle the camera just right, you can look into the helmet of an Iron Knuckle... to reveal a Gerudo. Looks like they decided to stick with Nabooru's look and just recolor the armor!
