Background

The sentence has been passed, now you must bring order to a world of chaos. Start with a small, low security prison and build it into a high-security facility. There’s no escaping under your watchful eye because you’re in charge of every detail of prison life.
You are in control. You will construct and run an efficient rehabilitation facility with nothing but money on your mind. Make sure the prisoners have just enough of what they need to keep them happy. Any trouble and the riot squad will be there to sort it out!
