The story is pretty mediocre. So is the soundtrack.
One might look at this game and say, "Meh, it's for kids." Well, it's fun for teenagers and adults, too. My little brother got this title for christmas, and I've devoted some time to it. The story isn't what I'd call spectacular, but it isn't bland either. The graphics are awesome. Fire has never looked so real in a platformer. Your character, Vince, has to hurt himself to hurt his enemies, which is pretty innovative if you ask me. It doesn't have a multiplayer feature, as most platformers don't. Still, this is a pretty good game. After you play this game, you'll ask yourself, "Jak who?", "Ratchat and what?"; That's how good it is.
