First off, this game is way better then the last True Crime. There is many new features like changing your clothes, get new haircuts, every building is accessable, buying and modding cars, buy new music, more weapons also trains and taxis to get around.
You play a young African American gang banger-turned cop and solve street crimes that follows a fresh story. There are about 5 different crime familys;each one you work your way through. If your not into the story mode, theres always an option to free roam. Help take down crime in the city of Manhattan, and clean up neighborhoods...that means you can lower crime rates in different neighborhoods.
The weather system and time of day is realistic, it snows, rains, drizzles and thunder storms are just a few to name. The type of weather affects the way you drive.
