Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy

THE BAD:
Too short.

SUMMARY:
This game is so amazing. It is just so addictive, you want to put down the controller and stop but you can't. The gameplay is great, I love playing this over and over, i've had it since cristmas and completed it more than 3 times it was just so adictive. The game isn't very difficult on easy or normal but it does get difficult the more you go through. The force powers are all good towards the game. It has 3 different lightsaber styles, single, double and doublesided and they all have different moves like a spinning saber and others.
The multiplayer is brilliant, the A.I. of the bots is ok but the maps are great, the types of game are good and it is great for playing with friends.
I give it two thumbs up. If you are a major star wars fan this is the one for you.

THE BAD:

SUMMARY:
First let me start by saying that unless you are a hardcore Star Wars fan, the flaws in this game will be too much to bear.

The good news first. Force powers, Lightsaber dueling chracter customization (not as much as you would think, though) and it follows most of the Star Wars theme.

Also the Multiplayer is some of the best I've seen in a Star Wars game. Ever heard of the Star Wars Mod for Unreal Tournament? This this is the better version. There is more character customaization in multiplayer than there is in the Single Player.

The Bad News. The graphics in this game are ok for most of the game, and the cutscenes are half-decent. But where this game has a massive pitfall is the in-game cutscenes. THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!!!! They have to be worse than any one game made before 1996. The head doesn't move when the chracter talks, only the jaw does....

THE BAD:
If feels too light (easy) in the beginning, but it gets EXTREMELY difficult near the end. graphics look a bit dated. controls can be ackward first.

SUMMARY:
In comparison with "Jedi Knight 2" this game feels like a "light" version in every sense (even the story feels light) designed for those who had too much complaints about becoming a Jedi until the middle of the game. But as you progress you will start to notice that is not true (by a landslide) Jedi Academy is a much improved, more fun and less linear version of Jedi Knight (oh yeah and the story picks up too).

THE BAD:
You can't use your character from the campaign in multiplayer at least i'm not aware of it.

SUMMARY:
You can choke people to death with the power of the darkside or you can throw people off of high places with it. You can shock people. You can drain peoples force and life essence. You can heal yourself. You can mindtrick enemies to fight for you. You can throw your light saber to kill enemies at great distances. There is also a lot of moves, you can master, a lot of levels to play. You can choose which side of the force you want to fight for.
