Silent Hill 2: Restless Dreams

THE GOOD:
If there is anyway that the developers could have made this game any scarier, it would be rated higher. the graphics throughout the game are stunning to go along with the environmental effects of the fog in the day and the pitch black darkness at night. and that's just outside. the attention to detail that the game takes makes the scare factor rise.

The story line to Silent Hill 2 isn't the same as what was presented in SH1, but its that much more exciting to follow around a new character battling his own demons. The entire plot is superb, with twists and turns that lead you to a different part of Silent Hill that wasn't discovered in the first game. the environments change from an abandoned apartment complex to an underground prison to a hotel that resembles something out of The Shinning. There is still one scene in the game that scares me still, and when you play it, you'll find out why its bad to watch TV so closely.

cool game but the monsters are to few... anyway... this game is great... but I think it's quite hard.... some riddles are hard to figure...

Silent Hill has great graphics... and the characters also look good, it's not like FF8 on playstation... with great lanscapes and all but the characters looks like walking turds...

a creepy game with a weird story... haven't figured out what it really is...

i played it this game before the first chapter of it it was very scary i liked it the graphics are great the sound are haunting of ghostly sounds similar to resident evil but less villains in it this game is much silent lonely heart pumping kind of cool in some way i will get the second chapter of it i hope is better than the old one.i will recommend this game..

Get your ass off this computer an go rent it or buy it NOW. It's a scary game. Easy. I recommend it on X-BOX. I love this game. I like the part where you fight the Bosses their very f*cking easy and i mean easy. It's soooo good that they must definitly make a thrid one. THE GOOD:
Well, there is a pretty good storyline in the middle part of the game. Also, this keeps you on the edge of your seat and with the fog, it draws a lot of suspense. I even thought this was scarier then the Resident Evil series!! There is action in here and lots of horror and a good mystery to solve! So your getting a pretty good ride out of this game!! This game has better graphics then the ps2 version too though, but not a huge difference. More like, slightly!

THE BAD:
The storyling is ok, but i wish it could have been better. Like, the story develops but the main plot coulda been a lil better. Secondly, there could have been more weapons and they should have taken a greater impact on the enemies. Because like, it takes like 3 damn rounds to kill those suckers! and it even takes about 5 shots with a demon killing known shotgun! Also,i think there shoulda been a little more ammo through out the game since it takes a shit load of bullets...
