THE BAD:
It just isn't fun to play.
SUMMARY:
When I heard this game was Xbox Live compatible, I knew I had to get it. After playing it for a while, I can honestly say I was very disappointed.

THE BAD:
Minor Flaws
SUMMARY:
This is the best hockey game on the market right now. Much better than EA's NHL 2003. EA's hockey version is more of an arcade style game. While NHL 2K3 is a sim game.
The controls are very slick and fluid with great action surrounding your player. The AI on your team plus the opposite team is terrific. Its not easy to gain the zone and try to bust threw the "D", this always makes for a challenge. The configuration and customization is beyond many expectations. You have the ablitity to change just about every thing you want. The AI's skill in each zone, puck friction, rebounds etc. Another bonus is the fact that NHL 2K3 is online playable, only for Xbox though. It is very fun playing against someone you have no idea who there are. Meanwhile trash talking them while you score on a wicked slapshot from the point.
