Need For Speed Underground

THE BAD:
Slightly subpar graphics, plus occasional flickering. Sounds & music are hit-and-miss. Touchy controls. No Xbox Live support.

SUMMARY:
A new variation on the popular Need For Speed series, this title shifts the game's focus to the popular world of underground street racing. You're a newbie on the block who's trying to make a name for yourself by winning races to improve your car and customize it to look as good as it runs. Eventually you'll take a stock street car and turn it into a 5-star pimpin' ride as you bilod up your reputation and move up the rankings.
While the realistic graphics are very good, some issues are noticeable right away. The cars & backgrounds have very good detail but sometimes, like when you drive through water puddles, there's just a little bit of flickering like it skips a frame...

THE BAD:
Not too much exept for some gamers may find that these games have limited appeal. It may seem like a good idea at first but it get kinda boring.

SUMMARY:
This game is my all time favourite racing game it has everything a good racing game needs, great tracks, fast cars which can be modified.
I spent hours on this game it is great fun and really to notch stuff you can do up your cars in to street racing mean machines.

Go and buy this game you wont be disappointed.

Wow...this game is the best racing game I have ever played. and the cars were the best. I am not the best at racing games but I am getting used to the controls and stuff and now it is real easy. I love games like this because I am a tomboy and it fits my personality just great. One of my favorite cars were the Toyota Supra...how lame am I? But i still like that car...even though it is slow compared to my diablo ^-^' wo0t! thats my car right there. diablos are the ebst cars! Im buying one! lets see....i am saving up some money....lol anyways this game was great and it is really worth buying if you love racing games. Did i mention that the graphics were great? The ames not that hard...okay maybe just a little but i like having it on maximum traffic ^^ its so much fun

THE BAD:
Should have more cars to choose from. No daylight racing. Easy drive. No weather changes. No pedestrians. No police.

SUMMARY:
Overall it is a very good game. I believe much better than PGR2. It would be the perfect game even better than GT4 if it had more cars and a bit better graphics. My quote to the game producers not only for NFSU but in general and if Someone wants to produce the best game ever in Racing MUST DO THIS. Get a collection of as many car models and brands as you can. Thus everyone could pick his own simple car and tune it play it and transform it as if he liked to do with his own car. Give the chance to everybody to use the game as a test of how he would like his own car to perform. Not only the sales of this game would be guaranteed but also it would provide social help...
