NCAA Football 2005

THE BAD:
Slightly tight controls. Play-by-play quickly gets repetitive.

SUMMARY:
NCAA Football 2005 represent's EA's latest effort in the excellent series, giving armchair QBs everywhere the chance to take virtual control of their alma mater and keep the rivalries going long after bowl season ends. There are plenty of ways to do it here between simple arcade-style games, more realistic simulations, Dynasty mode, and online play, just to name a few ways.
Despite some rough edges on the player models and a kinda static crowd, the graphics are both outstanding and realistic. Great attention to detail shows in accurate recreation of fields and team logos, and the animation is very smooth. The crowd shots show nice...

THE BAD:
Graphics are simple but not bad. I dont play games to look at stadiums. WIND is killer and seems to be to effect gameplay sometimes to much. be careful for 20-25mph winds on rare occasions.

SUMMARY:
Most important TEAMS TEAMS TEAMS with the option of setting "EVEN TEAMS" pregame. Tons of school battle songs. Great franchise play as well as historic battles. Lots of things to do/play/try out. Laidback as compared to other football titles including Espn 2k5, Madden2k5. Glad i got this on the used table as its replaced my gametime spent...

passing is much more difficult with this game. Recievers need much work, as well as the audience.

SUMMARY:
When I started things off in dynasty mode I was very happy with the game play and BCS rankings (not much to say in reality though . Climbing to the top and being involved in the hiesman race with up-to-date accurate stats and scores. I also enjoyed how realistic some of the scores are based on the school's greatness. For example, USC beating some other crap college without the slightest difficulty without upset, it makes sense. However, I wish after winning an amount of games your stadium pulse meter goes up.
