Since the release of this game, and a significant time before, many have heard of Fable as the game that would define the next generation of RPG gaming for the best. Promised to be packed full of secrets, surprises, and new gameplay elements to attract the eye of gamers across the globe. With nearly 4 years of development, a developer who has previous jaw dropping titles, and plenty of ambition, Fable expectations were, from the beginning, extremely high. Without living in a world of could haves and supposed to's, I'm going to give this game as unbiased a score as possible, and not dabble in what others see as broken promises. This may not be the game that sells XBox consoles, or makes fanboys in every city and state, but this is a game that definitely demands our respect and attention. If you are looking for a detailed and lengthy review for one of the most anticipated games of all time, than your search is over.

THE GOOD:
In my opinion, yes! ^-^ This is a very open ended RPG. There are plenty of things to do. You start off as a young boy, and what you do reflects who you will become. You can be evil and have devil horns and glowing red eyes, or be good and have a halo. Steal from shops, buy houses, settle down, and even go to bed with your wife. Whatever you would like to do, you can do it.

THE BAD:
This game was a little too easy. There was a lot of hype for this game, but it's not too hard to get through. The end boss isn't even as hard as some of the other mini bosses, which was kind of disapointing. There are also a lot of features they cut out. For example, in the original version your character could die. They also cut out things such as chest hair, and other levels.

THE GOOD:
Well not much good to say about this game, except that it is the best game ever! Graphics are awesome, and i cant even describe it im serious because it is so freaking awesome. It can take you from 8 hours, to an infinite amount of time to beat the game. I mean what other game allows you to be good OR evil, not too many.

THE BAD:
The only bad thing about this game is that i cant stop playing it! its so ****ing addictive, and i cant do anything else but play the game.

SUMMARY:
Can you say Best Game Ever? I can.... see: "Best Game Ever." thats what fable is. If you do not have this game, dont even hesitate to buy it, just go to wherever, take it off the shelf and purchase it. Trust me it will be worth it You can get about a hundred different weapons, earn an infinite amount of money. Kill whoever you want, marry whoever you want (including guys ). But honestly i am not kidding you this is the best game since Fable, oh wait it is Fable!! hahahahahahahahahahahah

THE GOOD:
Everything, if i put this game up to par with halo, or halo 2, it would be about the third best game ever!
So many things to do, its unimagginable, great graphics "look at the details" tons of weapons, great interactive experience

THE BAD:
A couple boss battles, you cant jump, really nothin else is bad...

SUMMARY:
Great storyline, its up to par with the heavy hitter games like Halo, Halo 2, Prince of Persia 2, and so on.

I remember i didnt even know about this game until like a week before it came out, then i thought it looked good so i got it.
It was well worth the money, i played it and beat it in 3 dayz, cuz i took my time, looking at the sites, customizing my armor.
There is so much to do in this game that others do not let you do, its like playing harvest moon..the sims..legend of zelda...and grand theft auto all in one, so fun, i couldnt believe it!! THE GOOD:
-Fairly interactive
-Good or evil- you choose.

THE BAD:
-Fighting system is kind of bland
-Lacks diversity of enemies.

SUMMARY:
This game really pulled off most of what it was expected to. In-depth game play, fairly large world, pretty graphics... but most importantly the interactiveness. The fact that you can totally change your appearance, for example, way into the game, is just amazing. It's extremely fun in the way you can delve deeper and deeper into the secrets as you play, doing sidequests as well as a fairly compelling main quest. A neat feature here was the Good/Evil set up. Well thought out and implemented, this makes you think about what you're doing, if you want to get maxed out one way or the other. You can't just go on mad killing sprees, for example, if you want to get a halo and some nice butterflies flying around you, and the same applies inversely for evil.

THE GOOD:

THE BAD:
- Overhyped
- Way too short
- World = Small

SUMMARY:
I have to start off by saying this game could be SO much better. With that said I will address both the positivies and negatives of this game.

Positives- The graphics are absolutely amazing, especially the detail into the landscape and armor. Secondaly and IMO the best thing about the game was compelling fight scenes. I really like how it controls in this game. The spells work great and even a bow can be used to kill on this game. I also enjoy scamming free money from property. The concept of owning property fit really well and was great.

Negatives- BBB overhyped this way too mcuh setting up for a huge disappointment. Sadly this game was fun while it lasted which wasn't long. This game takes 15 hours at the max and that is doing ALL the sidequests and unlocking everything. Also the world is too small, there are only 4 cities and the wilderness inbetween.

THE GOOD:
I like the fact how everything works and forms. the way your a hero or villan its excellent. The way people look to you and the diffrn't actions and quests. I was suprised that the story mode was so detailed . It was awsome.

THE BAD:
The graphics arn't the best and maybe could use some more thought but other than that it was excelent. The story did seem a little to short but I play games fast.

SUMMARY:
I think that fable deserves a better rating and it is just the best game since halo and zelda. Its awsome I recomend it for fantasy fans. It is well worth your money and time to get. I cannot stop playing fable, hey I already beat the story mode and started other files to see how evil or good I can become. well once you beat the game in story mode there are still more things to be done. It is more that I thought would be in a game like this.

THE GOOD:

THE BAD:
-very short game...10-12 hours
-the "paths" you have to follow and how you cant just walk around freely in the world
-it was waaaaaaaay to overhyped.

SUMMARY:
When i started playing this game i was wondering why this game took four years just to make? i mean when in the end you have paths and only 12 hours of gameplay ... i was wondering what they were doing half of the time. And also when you play this game you will be dissapointed in the shortness of the game, espicially if they have played RPG's such as Morrowind, and KOTOR. but since i got the bad stuff out of hte way, overall this game is awesome, and worth $50, it's that it was so overhyped people were expecting more. But how you can get married, buy your own house, kill anybody you want,fart,burp, or whatever, be good,evil, or pretty much whate...

THE GOOD:
-Vibrant, detailed, gorgeus graphics!
-Interesting storyline
-The way your character changes whenever u do things that will affect your appearance(eat pie=BAm your gut gets and inch bigger instantly, critical hit to the face=ZHAm that scar on your face is permanent, kick a chicken=DOING look at that thing fly!!)
-Controls are simple and quick to get used to
-You could do nearly ANYTHING!!
-Music is something that deserves an award!

THE BAD:
-Game is short and u could beat it within 9 hours...or less
-You feel complainy when you get old and know u can NEVER get black hair again..
-10% of the time when you are fighting a lot of enemies, itz very annoying
-sound effects could use a bit of enhancement
-needs more weapons, outfits, and books ned to be more interesting..
-glitches such as 5-second freezing and slowdown in framerate
-could be a lot better...

The only thing i ound disappointing is that some things that souinded kool where token out which bummed me but then when i gto it i said holy crap this is amazing and i do mean it. Anither thing is that so manypeople are complaining that they are gonna drop sales but listen to me thios game is good its worth the money but don't and i reapeat don't buy the guide its destroys the game with it the game can be memorized for years to come peace also this game is not for little kids so if you are reading this little timmy of new york thne you shouldn't get it and one final thing This game isn't a rpg its a Rpg/Action/Adventure
