Dead or Alive Xtreme Beach Volleyball

SUMMARY:
What do you do when your fighting franchise has had a number of successful entries already? Try out some remakes? Mix up the gameplay? If you're Temco then you push out a spinoff game. The mix of a fighting game and volleyball makes little sense, but yet here is Dead or Alive: Xtreme Beach Volleyball. What's more surprising than anything is that this is actually a pretty decent game.

THE GOOD:
All the DOA girls included. Lots of bikinis to unlock. Fun minigames. Easy-to-learn controls. Price. And of course the voice of Dennis Rodman!

THE BAD:
Gameplay is almost too simple yet too complex as well. High difficulty level at first. Only 8 characters. The game also feels too short.

SUMMARY:
The 2nd Xbox title in the DOA series, this one takes a break from all the fighting and instead puts the girls on the beach for a couple weeks of relaxing & volleyball. I wasn't sure what to expect out of this at first outside of one of the funniest TV commercials ever.
The first thing you'll notice is vastly improved graphics & character models. The opening film is extremely slick and smooth as well. Yes, there is some nudity as well...probably why you bought the game. This Game is hot. Girls playing Volleyball in bikinis. Who doesnt love hot girls playing volley ball. I give it a two thumbs up. It's girls playing volleyball. Everything is awsome in the game. Difficulty: Very Easy

This is one of my favorite games for XBox so far. But this is the BEST sports game I've ever played. If you like Volleyball and seeing girls in bikinis then you should rent or buy this game. If you've never played this game then you are missing out. You may have trouble with this games at first but after awhile it will seem kind of easy. This game is even better than I thought it would be. Sometimes I play this game for hours but I never got bored of it yet. At first when I played this game I sucked at it but now I'm pretty good.

This is a very good volleyball game coupled with some sexy female characters to choose from. With plenty of unlockables and scantly clad women what more could you want when your chillin by the pool or on the beach. Also it has amzingly addictive mini games such as pool hopping and the various casino games you can play when your back at your hotel. Also there are over 300 costumes to collect with each character so the fun will last forever, or as long as you want it too. It features all your favourite DOA girls

SUMMARY:
Vollyball is my favorite sport so it has to be fun to me. I enjoyed playing it. The graphics were some of the best i have seen in a game.The different types of suits were nice to choose from.The game was too easy even on hard.The deffernt items were nice.The game is fun to play when a friend comes over.The one thing that stood out the most were the awesome backgrounds they had and the cut scenes.

I gave it a 4.5 because the game was too easy and it was a little too slow. That sums up everything i have to say for this game.

the girls should be able to swim when modeling in the pool. also, peronally, im more interested in when they're stepping out of the pool...

the partner thing gets annoying and some of the swimsuits could be a little bit more revealing... but who wants to mess with pefection.

the girls + the sweet innocent voices = HOT

the casino is sweet. you're able to play the slots, black jack, roulette, and i think poker and some other games.

BUY IT if you're into girls. just rent it if you're purely into volleyball.

when you first see this game, it looks fun, hot, and compelling. when you play it, you realize you shouldn't have blown 70-80 bucks on it. the vollyball is bland, slow and easy to win, even on hard(difficulty setting in multi-player only). there is supposed to be doa mini-games, beauty and dance contests, which are nowhere to be seen. the soundtrack contains all old bands. it is a good thing they let you create soundtracks, because I can't stand playing while listening to the baha men or reel big fish. for players with weaker stomachs, you might actually get a little motion sickness, because the camera moves to much. during the gangruave system, you think you might be able to see the goods, but the camera stops short, and when you have a nice pose, the girl either moves, or the...

SUMMARY:
One of the best sports game out there for xbox. Nothing like kicking back and play some relaxing volleyball with you favorite girl. You can buy numerous swimsuits and accessories for your favorite girl. If you have a good relationship with your partner, you will get items and even swimsuits. There is a way to get nearly every swimsuit in the game on your girl. On the downside of things, really no storyline at all. You just go out there for 14 days and play volleyball. Thats it. Nothing to it. Thats the only downside to this game. Otherwise visuals are just stunning. You wont find visuals anywhere except on this game. Dont worry about memorizing buttons. You only need to use the A and B. Cant get simpler than that.If your looking for a easy relaxed game, this game is for you.

THE GOOD:
This game, well its very good if your a person who likes to watch a bunch of semi nude ladies bounce around on the beach playing small ball or its good for the gamer who likes to figure out strategies such as matching good character combinations to side out your opponents or finding out how to please the ladies.

This game is harder than I first thought it would be. I figured it would be all fan service and no bulk, I was pleasently suprised when I found out that there was some gusto to this game.

Also as many people have noticed or should I say fawned over, are the great graphics of this game. They are on par with the DOA3 Release. I was very impressed with the details. I'm sure many others were as well. They didn't skimp on them thats for sure.

THE BAD:
If you acutally want to play volleyball, look elsewhere. This game has a two button system which hardly credits the elaborate game of which it is...
