"Blinx: The Time Sweeper is set in a world where time is not what it seems. Things like night and day occurring simultaneously are pretty common. There are over 40 levels in Blinx, with 10 unique worlds. Each world is divided into 4 levels- 3 regular levels and 1 boss fight. The variation found in Blinx’s levels is quite refreshing and the worlds have some of the most innovative themes seen in a Platformer. You are introduced to this world, by way of a pre-rendered cut-scene. Apparently Blinx works at the "Time Factory", where, you guessed it, time is made."
"So what have we got? Ostensibly a quirky 3D platformer starring Blinx, the grinning cat who's basic mission is to rescue a Princess (would you credit it?) and destroy all the 'Time Monsters' that occupy each area."
"Life as a feline janitor isn’t easy, especially when you’re chasing a band of criminals through time. Blinx looked really cool in earlier versions, but the final product leaves something to be desired. Revolutionary time-twisting makes it worth a look, though some typical platform problems keep it mired in the past."
"Blinx has some good ideas, and you won't finish it in a sitting, but that's not much consolation from a game that's a lot more frustrating than fun."
"Blinx is no Mario, but it is still an innovative and entertaining game. It is visually impressive, has some decent audio features, and some great ideas."
