General/Summary: Blade 2, while interesting, will at times remind you of your mom talking about your brother who recently became gainfully employed at the local Hardee's. "Sure, I still love him, he's a sweet boy and I guess he did all right for himself, but he had so much promiseĀ…" Surprisingly, you control Blade a tough talking half-vampire who, with the help of the latest technology and Kris Kristofferson hunts vampires (or as Kris calls them "suck heads." Oh Kris!) You control Blade as he stalks the night looking for Brad Pitt, Antonio Banderas, and Keith Richards as well as any other vampires he comes across.
Gameplay: When you track the beasties down (or visa versa) you control our hero moderately innovatively. Guns and other weapons are activated with the right trigger and hand-to-hand combat is handled with the right analog stick with attack directed wherever you point the stick. So when you pull the stick down, Blade kicks behind him, when you push left, he punches...

THE GOOD:
Nice visuals, 360 degree combat, rage, lopping heads off.

THE BAD:
Tough, doesn't follow much story from the film.

SUMMARY:
When I first got this game, I quite liked it. It had a lot of action, nice visuals, everything on the good. But that was about it, as you don't see much connection to the film, okay, you kill a few reapers, but only about 20. Most of the storyline is made up. If it was me, I'd make the first mission the recovery of Whistler, then fight those two vampire ninjas at the workshop, and so on. But don't get this game for the storyline, only get it if you like vampire slaying, even then, Blood Rayne is a better buy. Yes, this game is only for a Blade fan who doesn't care about the storyline.

THE GOOD:
Nothing!

THE BAD:
Everything!

SUMMARY:
OK friends, my thoughts haven't changed much on Blade. I got home friday, and tried hard to play, got to the next level, got excited for about 5 min., then I quickly lost it. Not only was I swordless for the most part, but the friggin vamps had shotguns.I mean take Hunter for example, you move through hords of zombies and vamps, and you always have your stock weapon, now in Buffy, not as many weapons but the control over Buffy is very smooth, but the one thing that links the two is, you gain health or strength or whatever from killing the baddies. Now in Blade you get squat, your ammo is difficult to manage, you can only use your sword when you build up enough 'rave', and it always comes when you don't need it. Now the combat system is somewhat unique, yet pounding on the right joystick, when surrounded by 10 or more vamps is very difficult and it doesn't take much for your health to drop. And,...
