Gameplay

To start off with i will explain what the main part of the game is about which is the Campaign. Basicalley the team leader of three other men. Your job is to protect innocent hostages and to stop the terrorists. A couple of the objectives are to defuse bombs and to rescue hostages. In this new game enemies are no longer predictable and maybe in different locations at different times and do not stay in the same place. They are more aware of noises and react a little differently from Rainbow Six 3. The enemies are now better equiped and know how to use them properly. They now use Molotovs, Flash Grenades, Tear Gas, Smoke Grenades and Frag Grenades.

Also Terrorist Hunt is still in this game which is not bad because when i played on it there was alot more of a challenge and you need to take it a little more easier as you wont be able to get to the end as easy as the other game. Now the A.I have been improved alot and they are more cautious.

There is also a new offline multiplayer campaign mode. This allows two people to play Campaign mode. I really like this feature there are a couple of things that lack a bit about this feature. There is only the cross heir and not the arm and gun which
seemed a little wierd for me at first, when you reload it reloads like in Ghost Recon and finally when you are doing the missions it doesnt count for your single player campaign because they are just practice missions so unfortunately if you do complete it then it won't go on your record.

Graphics

The graphics have improved a little, there is a lot more detail into the maps and environment but in some places there are some dull textures but that is nothing to worry about much as we are mainly focosing on how good the gameplay is.

Online

This game has improved alot online. There aare alot more features which i really like. They have added a messege system into the game so for example if you wanted to go into someones server and it was full you could easily send a voice or text messege to the person and ask them to make some room for you. There is also a clan creation in there. This alows you to have a clan and have matches with others who are registered. When i saw the clan creation for myself i thought it was quite amazing how they have done it. The things you can add on there are badge which goes on your uniform online, you can have a motto, your name, a description and you url. When our clan was made on there is was really cool. In the clan you can set ranks.

There are director which acn do everything, then you have commandor which can do almost anything, then you have officer which can only recruti members and lastly there is the lowest rank which is just normal member of your clan. There is a competeion feature on the main menu. This is where you can see if there is open invitations fr clan matches. Direcotrs can put them on there and you have to include clan name, date for match and ttime for match then wait for someone to accept.

There are two new modes online. These are retrieval and Total Conquest. Retrieval is where you have to go after a canister and there are boxes in the enemys spawns which you have to place them in. This is a brilliant game but you m think it is hard because the boxes are in the enemys spawn but it isn't. Once you have the canister you should be protected because you can only use your secondry wepon.

Next there is Total Conquest. This is where there are 3 satellites and you have to hold all three of them for twenty seconds. You have to go to them type in the information and hold all of them. If you hold all three of them for ten seconds then lose them when you gain them you will have to hold them for twenty seconds again.
That is pretty much it for the online except there is new maps and a new sniper which replaces the 50.cal

Overall

Overall this game is worth getting for the price tag it has. I don't think there are really any bad features about this game. The maps are alot bigger and detailed more. It is hard to find people sometimes if there is going to be less people so the map should be picked carefully.
