Background

In a kingdom facing chaos and forbidden magic, 3 heroes are bound (whether they like it or not) by a powerful artifact “the Trineâ€. However, they are the only ones that can put an end to the reign of the dark undead sorcerer that has overtaken the kingdom. Pontius the Brave, Amadeus the Magnificent and the mysterious thief Zoya will have to master their skills and help each other in order to face danger and restore peace.

Gameplay

Trine is a physics-based action game where three characters allow clever solutions to challenges created by hazardous puzzles and threatening enemies. The gameplay is based on fully interactive physics - each character's different abilities and tactics can be used to invent new ways to overcome obstacles and save the kingdom!

The player can at any time freely choose whoever is best suited for the upcoming challenge or puzzle: The Wizard is able to summon objects to help solve puzzles and create new ways to overcome obstacles, the Thief uses her agility and dead-on accuracy to swiftly surprise the monsters, and the Warrior unleashes mayhem and physical destruction wherever he goes.
