Background
You take control of a don seeking to take control of three areas, New York,Cuba & Miami Florida but it won't be easy as you are not the only one wanting it all. It takes place after the first video game you'll see things that you have seen in the movie but a whole new story has been made for the game with original voices again.Gameplay
You start off as a small Don with a small gang trying to work your way up by extortion, racketeering, blackmail and many more. It's an open world game with lots to do and lots of money to be made. The more power you get the better your gang gets but getting power isn't as easy as before.Features
One of the news features is "The Don's View" a sort of RTS angle to the game where you make strategic decisions, deciding what venues to attack, were to deploy member's of your family to protect your businesses, what venues do the other family's own what shall I monopolies. All this happens while you play the action side of it you can switch back and fourth from The Don's View to the action side so you can see what moves the other family's might make or are planning.Your gang members have different ability's for many situations for instance one might be an ex-con so he'll be good at escaping from jail if he gets caught. You'll be able to send your men to do jobs for you and sit back and watch, like bombing the other family's gambling venue to slow their income or you can join in on the fun. It's up to you to recruit your family members to choose which ability suits you the best.
Who doesn't dream of being a Don? EA feeds our fascination with organized crime in The Godfather II, sequel to the successful Xbox original title. So is this game really an offer you can't refuse? »Read Full Article
