THE GOOD:
Brilliant, vibrant graphics
Clever humour
Great, convincing voice acting
Intruiging storyline with the most detailed character backgrounds in a GTA ever
Targeting system
Diversity in the looks of NPC's
Rockstar's attention to detail
Cover system which outclasses most
Physics engine is brilliant
Near flawless multiplayer
GTA IV is an expandable title, with Microsoft lining up at least two new DLC's

THE BAD:
Framerate occasionally slows
Parts of Liberty City a little too dark
Some parts of the storyline are extremely challenging for some
Slighly more expensive than an average game (in Australia)

SUMMARY:
To start things off, Grand Theft Auto IV is completely amazing. GTA IV excels in nearly every way, from the new cover system to the subtle humour which has you chuckling at Rockstar's jokes throughout the game. Apart from a few minor glitches, there is nothing that really...

THE GOOD:
Graphics
Story
Controls
Addition of Taxis
Euphoria Engine
humor
Cell Phone
Side Missions
Soundtrack and voicework
Multiplayer

THE BAD:
Only one I can thing of is that the Camera Phone has no real purpose

SUMMARY:
GTA IV is probably the most hyped up game on the planet and the fact that this review is late doesn't add up but never mind that. GTA IV was more hyped than any game ever released including all the Marios, Halos, or whatever other games. And because of this people have obviously found problems with it. Even if you leave all the hype it is still pretty damn good.

GTA IV is one of those games where every other Sandbox game will be compared to it. More then the past GTA games and that's saying...

    THE BAD:

  • Multiplayer's set-up system

    SUMMARY:
Ah, Grand Theft Auto IV, how I've longed for thee. Honestly, I didn't anticipate this game at all. I simply watched a few trailers, and bought it on release date. Best strategy to fully enjoy a game and not over-hype it if you ask me.

Anyways, the game. A long awaited 'sequel' to the Grand Theft Auto franchise no doubt, and it doesn't disappoint. From it's opening artwork sequence, the game gets right down into the story, as European Niko Bellic arrives in Liberty City, USA,...
