SUMMARY:
Plot: I'm sorry to the people who actually like this game. No plot involved whatsoever, its all about the shooting. I found it way too boring and linear. You don't get to explore any of the areas like you normally do in the Resident Evil games. Its basically pieces of the games put together, into a basic rail shooter.

Graphics: I do admit the graphics are much better the the PSX. And you get sort of a demo of the older games spliced together. But I didn't even like the game enough to bother finishing it. But when you play it, you see why its called "Chronicles".

Gameplay: You don't even get to kill things, you just fight them of so you can escape to the next area. It has to be, that is the only way to make sense of it. Its a Rail Shooter pretending to be a Resident Evil game. I liked the fact...

SUMMARY:
Resident Evil was a groundbreaking game that was released back in 1997. It made up a brand new game type, survival horror, which is just as it sounds, you have to survive in a horror game. It came under scrutiny for having excesses of violence and gore, while gaming critics hated the horrible voice acting.
