Mushroom Men: The Spore Wars

THE GOOD:
-Great music by Les Claypool and Gl33k
-Some very interesting and creative puzzles
-Collecting meteorite chunks and gallery art extends replay value
-Does a good job of portraying the human world through the perspective of a mushroom
-overall quite atmospheric

THE BAD:
-Terrible combat system
-Very boring multiplayer minigames and co-op
-Extremely short
-Bad camera
-Far too easy

SUMMARY:
Mushroom Men: The Spore Wars is quite an average game overall. It has some very interesting and unique puzzles, which is great. One of my personal favourites is a puzzle where you have to figure out how to navigate a television remote across a room to explode several TV screens. The game does an excellent job of portraying the human world through the eyes of a small mushroom. Leaves are like platforms, a glass bottle is the hull of a rocket, and a dog is an evil rampaging demon bent on your complete destruction.
