Unmemorable soundtrack. Doesn't possess the best translation, either.
Released in 1995 in Japan and 1996 in Europe and Australia (huh... no US release? That sucks) by Quintet, Terranigma is the final chapter of a trilogy of Action RPGs made by Enix, with the first two being Soul Blazer and Illusion Of Gaia, and by golly, I would go as far as to say that this is the strongest. Soul Blazer got old after a while, and Illusion Of Gaia got pretty darn confusing in relation to finding the next location and figuring out the fighting system and it's button combinations. Terranigma takes the best of both, and manages to iron out all of the mistakes they made to make an overall enjoyable game.
