Background

An accurate SNES translation of the arcade version, Killer Instinct takes place in the future where a massive company known as Ultratech dominates and controls the world. You will have to choose your fighter from ten fierce warriors as you prepare for an epic and brutal tournament known as "Killer Instinct", a huge form of entertainment in this dark new world. Each fighter has their own reason to compete in this deadly competition, and you will have to find your own as you must face foes unlike any other in these cruel deathmatches to claim final victory.
