Background:
When Richter Belmont appears to be missing, it's up to Maria Renard to find him. Now 17, she sets off on a quest to find him. Much to her surprise, she finds that Castlevania has resurfaced, and even more, the son of Dracula has appeared as well!

Gameplay:
Play as Maria or Alucard in order to find your way through the dark castle. New areas have been added that you won't find in the PS1 version. However, you will still find the same classic gameplay, weapons, and atmosphere in Castlevania.
