This game is AWESOME!!! the best game i've ever played, and i've played FF7, but FF Tactics is my second favorite game, and of course Vagrant Story is on the top of the list. But this game holds a large list of spells, may not be that strong first time through, but once you get your intelligence up some they're awesome. And you can also forge TONS of weapons. The battle system is awesome as well, with a sphere that stretches to a different amount depending on the range of your weapon, then you can target a certain body part of the opponent, like legs, Left Arm, Right Arm, Body, and Head. SUMMARY:
Ok, Squaresoft is known for its RPGs like the Final Fantasy series, but Vagrant Story is nothing like these games - in fact it's not even an RPG, but closer in spirit to an action/adventure game. You only control one character, a riskbreaker called Ashley Riot, throughout the whole game and right from the very start he is embroiled in religious and political intrigue, centred around who actually killed an important Duke. He goes off to an ancient town called Leá Monde to search for answers and this is basically where you take up the role of Ashley.

This game has a complex battle and weapon system which is very rewarding when you start to understand more and more as you progress through the game. You can make your own weapons from various grips, blades, and gems scattered throughout the game. As you use weapons, their elemental values...

THE BAD:
A tad bit hard, not many saving points and no warning for a boss, and that god damned RISK!

SUMMARY:
A very good RPG from Squaresoft, as it is original, and no more random battles, you choose if you go into battle or not, you name your weapons, you make them, and depending on what you use you weapon on, it changes it's stats. Get it, it's great!

I really have to write something here??? Well, it may have not too much importance, but each save takes 3!!!! memory blocks .

Seriously, this is my second favourite game of all time, surpased only by Chrono Trigger which I have had since it was first realease in 95'. Square has reached a true marvel and compare to recent FF games this is refreshing. I mean FFVIII was the biggest piece of crap I have ever seen by Square it was graphically stunning but so rediculously easy and the fact the story just kind of fell apart after disk 2, The only thing I liked about this game was the Graphics which were the only thing worked on. But anyway enough Ranting on about how much FFVIII Disgusted me and I just wish to repeat VS is the best Game by Square out in about three years. Lets...

This game is so great i don't know where to start well this game had me hooked the first time i ever played it the graphics draw you to another dimension and the storyline is so great its about a man named Ashley Riot he is a VKP riskbreaker and is in search of a man named Sydney Losstarot who has the power to summon evil from the dark. I don't want to tell you too much about the game or it would be pointless you buying it so go buy it and find out wot this story is all about!

Oh my God! this game is incredible. That just sums it up. You play Ashley Riot who is sent to do a mission and finds a conspiracy within it. The fighting, although it may take an hour or so to get used to, is very fun. The graphics are very impressive. The booses are usually difficult which makes it even better when you beat them. The weapons are tedius to attend to but incredibly fun to use. The dungeon is huge and has literally hundreds of secrets. The enemies are fun to destroy. It offers a great challenga, when you think youve beat the whole game you really havent. I almost forgot, the music is phenominal! Everytime I listen to it, it gets me siked up.
