REGARDING GRAPHICS: Twisted Metal III DEFINITELY has better graphics than its predecessors. I mean, come on! The TM 1 and 2 graphics were crap! I really liked how much improved and realistic the graphics are. It feels a lot more realistic and improves the gamer atmosphere. I give graphics specifically a 5.0, because they are 'state-of-the-art' for their generation.

REGARDING MUSIC: Like I said in my TMHO:ETE review, I love the Twisted Metal 'symphony'. However, the box of Twisted Metal III advertises having a 'sountrack for your soul' by Rob Zombie. However, Rob Zombie only provides two tracks: Superbeast and Meet the Creeper. The rest is all by Pitchshifter and White Zombie, etc. But they are NOT acredited! But that isn't really important. Just a legal issue. Anyway, I love the 'down and out heavy metal' music theme for Twisted Metal. It's really cool and does wonders for setting the mood. I give the music a 4.9.

REGARDING CONTROLS: TMIII has OK controls,...

THE GOOD:
Better graphics than TM1 or TM2, and everything else.

THE BAD:
The "Tru Physics" engine, too much realism

SUMMARY:
I changed this review now that I play it more often. Here are my scores:
Graphics: 9/10
They improved dramatically from TM2's graphics. That was TM2's weak point. You barely see a polygon or pixel anymore.
Sound: 7/10
They were good, but not as great as TM4's music. There are a couple tracks from Rob Zombie, and Cypress Hill. Songs like, Meet the Creeper or Superbeast.
Fun: 8/10
You will probably like this game, if you like toppling over or blowing stuff up. There was one minor setback that had automatically decided the fate of this game, the Tru Physics engine. You realistically flip over in the heat of battle. It can get aggrivating.
Control: 9/10
Same as the previous Twisted Metals.
Story ?/10
I never beat the game on one player mode yet, because I have fun playing 2 player...

THE GOOD:
Great multiplayer

THE BAD:
Less vehicles, less levels than the previous game

SUMMARY:
The game's graphics improved a bit. The cars are OK, I wish they hadn't dropped the construction tractor. The weapons are great too. I wish they kept the levels from the previous games. The levels were bigger in the previous ones too.

THE GOOD:
This game was really good in my opinion. It had good graphics and gameplay. You have alot of weapons you can use through the game also.

THE BAD:
The bad was that you have alot of levels and only have like 3 lives. So you better try not you die.

SUMMARY:
This game was good in my opinion. The graphics and gameplay really wasn't that bad at all.It had alot of weapons and cars to.

THE GOOD:
Well,it IS better than the other Twisted Metals made so far. {1 and 2}

THE BAD:
What the !@*% is with the graphics?

SUMMARY:
Well,it is better than 1 and 2 but it still ain't too great. The sound and music were awsome and very appealing. They have cool songs like "Superbeast" and "Meet the Creeper." But the graphics look like it first went into a spike pit and then thrown into a garbage dump and went into a crusher. But the GAMEPLAY,it's the gameplay that makes it so,well,y'know, boring. This game only keeps you occupied for a whole entire 3 minutes. Please don't be a sucker and waste your money on this game like I did. This game ain't worth paying for. Trust me.

THE GOOD:
the only good was it made me laugh when I heard the charactors talking and some of the cars.

THE BAD:
the gameplay was a bit slow and Twisted Metal 2's graphics and game play were far better(sad really).

SUMMARY:
Not to much detailed comments here sense I'm a bit late with this and the next 3 games have already been released. The most I can say is that I myself was a little disappointed with it and i've seen better.

THE GOOD:
Spectre,Minion, and Firestarter have kick a** specials.

THE BAD:
The bosses are TOOOO EASY

SUMMARY:
A good game to play against someone else, but the bosses don't put up much of a fight on the hardest difficulty. Spectre's the best to play as. The worst is Auger.
