Tekken

THE GOOD:
Not much. Although this game did start a cool fighting game series. Another good thing is that it's a Tekken game. That's basically it.

THE BAD:
Crappy graphics
Not very many moves (Compared to the other Tekken games)
Slow gameplay
It's too hard to unlock Devil Kazuya
Other things that I can't thing of.

SUMMARY:
Difficulty: Medium

This game isn't really worth buying unless you're a big Tekken fan and wants to own every Tekken game. If you want to buy this game and don't have Tekken Tag Tournament or Tekken 4 yet I suggest you buy own of them instead.

Basically the stuff I mentioned in "The Good" are the only good stuff about this game. An like I said before the gameplay in this game is pretty slow especially when you're trying a power move like Yoshimitsu's sword stab.

Edit: Tekken 5 is out in stores now. I suggest buying yourself a copy of that instead this game. I will rerate this game to a 2/5

THE GOOD:
Flawless game with great graphics opened the door for many 3d fighting games solid engine and semi realistic. also this is the game that started the entire tekken series and is becoming rare get it while you can

THE BAD:
NONE, game is truely flawless for its time

SUMMARY:
this is by far one of the greatest games i have ever played. you can easily spend countless hours with friends battling out to see who is a true tekken m4ster.

if you love virtual fighter this game will definatly wet your whistle it follows about the same engine and its not a constant fireball fight like mortal kombat

the combos in this game are awesome look kool and some can be hard to pull off unlike virtual fighter where its mostly a few hits and there arent really that many combos this game is also has the deepest story of any other fighter game and is WAY better than soul calibar II =b

THE GOOD:

Ok you got the characters. You got the moves. Now see if you want to play it for 2 hours. Not going to work is it?

SUMMARY:
What the hell is this? Two blocks going at each other?
I've see bad ganes but this takes the cake. I'm a huge fighting fan. I tolled myself that once I beat Tekken 2 that I will go out and buy Tekken. So I go and buy Tekken and what I'm with? Two blocks punching and kicking. What does that live me? One very crapy game that's what! I'll tell you what if I were you DON'T BUY THIS GAME!!! You'll get sick of it before you even beat it!! As for me well let's just say I lost $14.00 off of it. If your a huge Tekken fan maybe you'll rent it and like it. As for you other fighter that don't know what games to stear clear of. This is one of them!!
