Background
Imagine zipping along a winding country road in a high-performance sports car. Now you can do just that without having to spend a small fortune on a new car with TEST DRIVE 4 for the PlayStation. You can drive 10 cars from the past and present: Jaguar XJ 220, Dodge Viper GTS, TVR Cerbera, Chevrolet Corvette, Nissan 300ZX, Shelby Cobra 427, '69 Chevrolet Corvette 427, '70 Chevrolet Chevelle SS 454, '69 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 and the '71 Plymouth Hemi Cuda. Race against five other cars and avoid the cops in exotic locations like Washington D.C., San Francisco, Kyoto, and Bern. You can take on the competition in a single race or try to win one of four multi-race Cups.
Gameplay
Test Drive 4 has very realistic gameplay which makes for a difficult learning curve. You can choose from a variety of cars both new and old, a change from most racing games. There are also several different cups to race for, each with different goals and methods of winning.
