Rollcage

At first glance, many will dismiss Rollcage as just being another racing game that tries hard to be unique, but despite all of its efforts it is just that - another racing game. However, you must first pick up the game and try playing it... You will soon realize that Rollcage is an excellent game.

Rollcage is set in the future, and you must now race a whole new style of vehicles. They are indestructible and can go must faster than the normal cars that we are used to. They will fly through exotic environments that will appear as nothing but colorful blurs in your mind, while you are intensely focused on winning the race by any means necessary, and I do mean, by any means necessary. Weapons will allow you to blow your opponents away or just leave them severely crippled, as well as many other interesting things you can do. If someone tries to get in your way, just pull up on the wall or ceiling, because in Rollcage - gravity does not seem to apply (plus the game is Rollcage, if...

THE GOOD:
Racing game with weapons.

THE BAD:
It can be a little difficult *at first* to focus clearly on the race tracks due to vivid colours and blurred speed effects.

Unfortunately this game is far too short (would give a higher score otherwise), but is useful to play once every so often for instant satisfaction.

SUMMARY:
The game is set in a future where racing cars are indestructible, can run either way up on roads, walls and tunnel ceilings; so drivers have nothing to fear - except losing the race. As the game's name suggests, the cars can perform some dizzying somersaulting manoeuvres when they roll 360 degrees off of walls and ceilings, taking your TV screen with them. The graphics and colour effects in this game are beautifully psychedelic.

Some of the race tracks are set in fiery volcanic landscapes, cities, snowy wastelands, and on coasts. Drivers can collect power-ups/weapons...

This is like an action/racing game. This game is a little different then those other action/racing games out there. There are many different tracks with their dangers. It's sometimes hard to control the car. This game has missles shields and everything else you can think of. If you like Racing and action games this is the game for you
