NCAA Final Four 99 is now an obsolete basketball game that just has way too much technological advances to survive the test of time. Looking for a good basketball game, NCAA Final Four 99 can, and should be overlooked very quickly. Although the controls are not bad and the graphics are decent, there are just way too many good games out there. Playing NCAA Final Four 99 is kind of like playing with a five year old bottle of Play-Dough. It was fun during its time, but the only reason that you would want it is if you find it in the corner of a nickle box that is at a yard sale down the street from your house.
I am not saying that NCAA Final Four 99 is a bad game, in fact it is a great game. Providing that you do buy it and do not have an updated version of any basketball game, there will be plenty of enjoyment to be gotten out of it.
