During the taping of a 'Mort The Chicken' television episode starring Mort - who happens to be a chicken - cube-like creatures from a parallel dimension come in and steal the baby chicks in Mort's TV audience. Being the fearless chicken that he is, Mort sets out to rescue the little ones with only his comb, beak, and so-so ability to fly.
